First, criminal invaders don’t get Amnesty and now this spoiled brat is sent back to jail crying and screaming for Mom.
What a wonderful 24 hours. If we could round up UBL soon I would think I was dreaming.

This judge is just trying to set an example by sticking to a rich/famous person and play up the situtation for his on personal fame. No. He's not.
A DUI Sept 2006.
Then this: She was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on Jan. 15. Officers informed Hilton she was driving on a suspended license and she signed a document acknowledging she was not to drive. She then was pulled over by sheriff's deputies on Feb. 27, at which time she was charged with violating probation.

Actually it seems to be a p*****g contest between the judge and the sheriff, with Paris the ‘target’.
Judges do not like a lack of decorum in the courtroom, and Paris was apparently a spoiled brat having a tantrum.

I wonder how much her family paid the the Sheriff to have this scheme in place. No doubt she’s taking it worse going back then she went the first time...which tells me she knew she was only going for 3 days.

Man, break out the pitchforks and torches so the peasant mob can chase the monster!
I feel kinda bad for her. It's not like she hurt anyone....
Class envy is an ugly thing--I mean 'money' envy; she is classless, but that's not a crime either. You're a little too gleeful over this.
What about her little dog?
Go ahead and flame me--I'm wearing Nomex undies....

Heck - A wonam shot he rhusband in the back while he and her children slept, killed him cold ! Irrelevant. Sophistry.
The system and the jury decided differently.
That didn't happen in LA.
Apples and oranges.

Napolitano does not know what he is talking about.
30 days is SOP for driving on a drunk driving suspension when serving probation time.
I have seen similar in court too many times.
Don’t forget it is not just the Violation of Probation (VOP) she is dealing with, she is also serving for the new charges at the same time.
Just another lawyer turned reporter screwing up the reporting.
(don’t forget the anna nicole judge is looking for napolitano’s job too)

As so they should. The consequences of her offending on society are greater than if Joe Schmuck does the same thing.
To: Lazamataz
LOL I don’t doubt that a bit.

The MSM has elected to tell us zero about that aspect of the zoo.

Freeper Reaper and I have always loved your posts the best. When the kitten showed up on our front porch, acting like he owned the place, "Lazamataz" just seemed like the logical moniker.I love you guys the best, too.
So, when's the threesome?

> My professional opinion is that she is being treated too rough, given the severity of her offenses.
Perhaps, but a dam’n good spanking would be considered Assault and anyrate she’d probably enjoy it too much.
Now she is learning that handcuffs aren’t merely a kinky bedtime toy and that the Law is the Law and it applies to everyone equally even Paris Hilton.
In all, a good outcome.
In your professional opinion, then, what legal sanction would be appropriate to a well-heeled scofflaw like Paris Hilton?
