A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.
Irrelevant.
And how do you happen to know that they were all full, however "few" there are?
Unimpressed.
hahaha I love your response. Only thing I would change is wun wike a wittle baby. hahaha
I’ve met people while in the slammer who got far worse than I did for doing far less than I did. They didn’t have the luxury of having a kind hearted sheriff send them to their homes.
I am as surprised as you. I have Zero sympathy for drunk drivers especially when they continue to break that law. If they are making an example out of her so be it. It’s got to start somewhere. Saw a story last week in my local paper where 3 kids were killed driving drunk to their High School graduation party. It’s things like this that make me feel no sympathy for Paris. This behavior has to stop.
Doesn’t look like a suite to me just a small cell..
The Darling family.
So what? She was caught driving on a suspended, signed a paper stating she understood she wasn’t to drive AND got caught AGAIN. That’s jail time for anyone.
She is not.
She is being punished for her own actions: driving under the influence, and then (twice) driving on a suspended license.
That's not to say that Baca shouldn't be punished for his actions, too...
Wait until you see post 355.
It is hard to feel sorry for Paris because there is something repulsive about her. And then there is such arrogance for someone who has no talent and no skills and has accomplished nothing worthwhile, only set a bad example.
I didn’t say they were full, just the that the Sherrif’s dept has been releasing all Low Risk inmate after serving as little as 10% of thier time.
This judge is just trying to set an example by sticking to a rich/famous person and play up the situtation for his on personal fame.
I know... I know...settle down. I’m just posting stuff from the TMZ site...jeesh. ;)
Of course the judge shouldn’t have followed the law for Paris. She’s just a higher class of person and deserves a different set of laws.
Heck - A wonam shot he rhusband in the back while he and her children slept, killed him cold !
And she was just sentenced and she may not have serve more than 210 days in jail, with 150 days aready served they say she might get out in 60 days...
Citing 'Medical' Reasons, Sheriff Sends Paris Hilton Home to Finish Sentence
Hilton was housed in the "special needs" unit of the 13-year-old jail, separate from most of its 2,200 inmates. The unit contains 12 two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates. She didn't have a cellmate
That is not her cell you jsut posting pitcures...
Happens more often than the Sheriff would like you to know. A couple of times a month, a person will be "erroneously released". They send over a black and white to the guy's last known address and usually just pick him up. This, according to the department, was simply a "reassignment" -- she was still doing her time, and it's up to the court and the county to decide where that time is served -- CRDF, IRC, at home, etc.
Clearly, there is at least one Judge in California who is worth every cent of his salary: he saw his clear duty and did it.
Well done, Y’rHonor.
Not applicable to the VIP units. I was just saying that "overcrowding" is an asinine explantion in this case.
And, -oh- by the way, the correct spelling is "t-h-e-i-r".
