Where in the Constitution does it say that only “Citizens” are protected by the Constitution or the Bill of Rights?

Can you even cite one Supreme Court Case since the 14th Amendment that states that only citizens are to be granted constitutional protections?

United States V Verdugo-Urquidez 494 US 259 (1990)

BTW the 14th Amendment was written for black Americans who had been born as slaves. It was intended to verify their American citizenship with full rights under the COTUS...

It does not give American citizenship to illegal aliens who are born here and even American Indians were not included at the time because they were at war with our government...

During the writing of the 14th Amendment, immigration was controlled and our borders were patroled and aliens were deported if they were proven to be unfit to live here...
