I think Virgie is exactly right. I think LB has been smooth talked by HKS and is listening to him instead of to Virgie, the baby’s grandmother. It’s a shame. Until Larry gets the baby AWAY from Stern he is dependent on Stern’s “good will” and probably doesn’t want to rock that boat. And he probably has NO stomach for staying for the inquest and/or pursuing any investigation into Danny’s or Anna’s deaths.

Well, until Virgie gets her fingers out of this, Larry has to kiss HKS’s butt! How dare that woman demand control of Larry’s child’s money!!! I was a huge Virgie supporter until yesterday. Everyone can say all they want that HKS is twisting what he wants people to believe, but that MSNBC says that she admits that she wants control of the money. This is not just demanding to see her granddaughter! She wants partial custody. BALONEY!! If my ex-husband’s mother demanded partial custody of my children because her son died I would tell her to jump in a lake, just like LB should (and is) do.
IMO, the base that Virgie is covering is this: Virgie co-executor of Anna's estate - a move to twart Stern's future interest and force immediate accountability of the expenditures/assets, (activity in the past year, etc.) I'm not sure if Virgie is asking for control of the trusts that Larry set up or Stern supposedly set up for the money they respectively made for the funeral/baby pics (some 7.4 mil?) but I AM very very curious as to who the executors are for those two separate trusts and sincerely hope it's not HKS(something we haven't been told yet)

Frankly, IMHO, no one is "clean" in this whole entire saga.
I just don't think it is wise for LB to be "friends" with Stern in any manner whatsoever. It was not Virgie who stood by while both Anna and Daniel died.....or even did worse.
