Howard could have stopped this whole mess by giving a DNA sample along with the babies. I think he thought he could get away with it in the Bahamas as I believe they originally asked for a blood sample from the baby. I think Howard "LOST" again.

He lost with the burial bit, too because he did not get "full control" of the body. I'm sure Larry will move Daniel and Anna back to the USA.

This wish thing is a lot of "cr**". People get buried in their farm fields etc, etc...And the family moves them to a more suitable "family site. It'll happen but will take a while. Remember...Daniel and Anna were USA citizens. To say they cannot be moved is ludicrous.

I believe Howard does not want them moved "because there is a possibility of some-thing being hidden in each coffin and/or another examination of Daniel.

I said it before and I'll say it again....That Urn would make a good hiding place.

Do you remember whether Ron Rales or one of her attorneys said they told her not to do the DNA test that had been ordered? I am so puzzled with what was going on in the DNA case - Was it Feb 28 that she had to bring the baby for DNA? Was it to be done in Florida? I still don’t see how the California order was supposed to be enforced....can anybody remind me of all of this.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Tell me, why didn't the DNA test, was ordered by a California trial court judge go forward in the Bahamas yesterday? Why didn't it go forward?

RALE: Well, what happened was I gave ex-parte which is emergency notice that I was going to appear in the Los Angeles Superior Court, which I did yesterday on the 23rd on an application to stay, which means put a hold on the proceeding because we have, according to our Bahamian council as the procedure sets forth right now violates Bahamian law. So we couldn't allow that to go forward. And the court ruled on it, ordered a stay and nothing is to proceed at this time.

IMO there is no explanation for why or how, two educated people stood by and watched a vulnerable, drug addicted young mother and her son die on their ‘watch’, unless it was intentional.

never really lived
with addicts and addiction.

I'd like to know when the trip to Florida was "booked". All the attorneys would have had a good idea what was happening a week before.

Rale said he talked to Anna "twice" in Florida and she was fine. Yeh, right.

KE said she "called" Florida "twice" the night she left and the morning of her death. Sure would like to know when that morning call was made.

So, if she was fine, why have not one...but TWO people watch over her?? And why did Moe call to check on Anna after only being gone for 10 minutes...That phone call makes absolutely no sense. Howard must have called him when he got near the dock and told him to call Taz....because he couldn't (lie) get ahold of her.

Howard simply HAD TO HAVE ANNA FOUND D E A D while he was away.

I think this is how all the cr** about not being able to phone 9-11 came from.

If Anna didn't want to go to the hospital, why call 9-11. I'm not sure we know to this day who called them AND FROM WHICH PHONE.

Why did KE ask if she was DEAD....when Howard called her FIRST. Why would he call her if he wasn't sure what was happening.....Doesn't make any sense at all but one can picture the satisfied look on KE's face. "The Queen is Dead".

There seems to be an awful lot of confusion surrounding Anna’s demise.

So many people, so much activity, so many phone calls, so many symptoms, so many drugs, so many conditions from ‘fine’ to ‘feverish’, so many nurses, EMT’s, so many phone calls, so much travel, by plane, by boat, by ambulance......and so many lies.

Perhaps if KE had insisted she go to the hospital, Anna may have relented.

hmmm...we have on record only ONE night that Anna said she didn't want to go - 2-4 days into her sepsis - from three different sources, who have given repeated interviews. No mention has ever been made of refusal beyond Monday nite, the SECOND instance of high-temp.

When Dr. Perper said in one interview it was in a duffel bag,

. Maybe when Howard was in the shower, Anna took the extra CH, either from the bottle or something on the night stand or she did go into the other room.

I'd bet a nickel Howard showered in the other room with three beds, where ALL of the medication except the CH was found. I don't believe he was sleeping in Anna's room - the condition of Anna's bathroom at time of death, a rancid mess, would not have been an ideal setting for a sleeping or a shower.

I do think Anna could have easily gone into the other room. She wasn’t immobile, just sorta weak. She was getting around and doing better.

haha - no, sorry, even according to Perper, Anna suffered a miserable, intensely painful night of tossing and turning and vomiting and Bm'ing. She had been without medical treatment for raging sepsis, her body was unable to overcome it, she had only had 3 or 4 PILLS of Cipro, and her systems were shutting down. Bonnie's statement was Anna's fever was BACK by Wed nite. Anna was actively dying by 10am. I'd hardly be so optimistic to state she was 'getting around and doing better'. What I would like to know from Perper is, if Anna was taken to the hospital the morning of her death, would she even have lived at that point? 7+ days of sepsis and fever (which automatically means dehydration), no way IMO.

You're assuming that Daniel had access (key) to the Studio City house - he hadn;t lived there for a year. why would he take medication from the Studio City house to specifically take in the Bahamas when he could probably assume his mom's medicine cabinet ws loaded there? If he was a drug abuser, he would have taken it before, and most likely would have been observed high either at school or by his roommate, Martino, or other friends. Certainly the stress of directing/producing a movie would have brought that drug abuse out. But he was clean as a whistle and sharp as a knife on set. Additionally, according to reports, Daniel felt his mother had abandoned him, was isolated from him, and he wanted to be with her. WE can assume there was at least one or two phone conversations with Daniel immediately before and after the birth of Dannielynn, discussing a reunion and Daniel moving to the bahamas. Both HKS and Anna verified this. Picture a 20yr, coming to live with his mom after a year estrangement. The LAST thing he would do, is do drugs the first night home, when he hasn't even MADE it 'home' yet where he could do them in a more relaxed, unsupervised atmosphere.

bearing in mind the buddy system obviously in place by characters over Anna's death and custody-fight, note we only have one person, someone combative with Anna and who has used every photoop to be degrading of Anna and of Anna's family, claiming that Daniel took drugs 'from his moms purse'. And yet daniel wasn't 'thrown out of the house' for drugs - he was 'thrown out of the house' for staying out all night, for one night of his life. We have no other collaberation at all of Daniel's drug use. In fact, we have multiple sources that contradict the one source.

the coverup doesnt' just extend to the night/day of Anna's death; nor does it extend just to night/day of Daniel's death. Daniel was a custody witness and a character witness, and therefore, a target for degradation and the same character assassination we saw directed at his mother. IMO

but then again, what the hell do I know? I'm just a humble researcher lol.

It wouldn’t be unusual for Daniel to have access to the Studio City house.
Any feelings of abandonment, if he had them and I think he probably did, as well as the reality of his mom having another child, play into one of my theories. Daniel was hospitalized just before Anna moved to the Bahamas and the day she moved, apparently from physical symptoms tied to depression. He may have been losing some weight. He was concerned about his mom. I wonder if those two hospital episodes could have been a means to try and get Anna’s attention- even subconsciously. Then my mind sorta meandered from that supposition to that night in the hospital. It’s nothing but pure conjecture, and something interesting to discuss while we’re waiting for hard news.
