We all know that Howard is a liar. How Howard and KE can live with themselves is beyond me.

Howard will not pursue the Marshall case and I doubt the WILL will be considered valid. The question is...."Where's the money Howard?".

My thoughts as well, although I know HKS and KE type delusional sociopaths don’t have any problem sleeping if they’re not afraid of any consequences or punishment. It’s as moot as lamenting that iguanas aren’t warm-blooded.

Can you explain this last part a bit more. Maybe everyone else gets this, but I don’t. Sorry, I may have missed crucial historical data. My bad, but I don’t understand why HKS wouldn’t continue - as some sort of atty on behalf of the ANS estate to pursue this? Particularly if he and LB are buddies or at least semi-reconciled.

IMO it has to be a great relief to have Dannielynn with him, BUT a greater relief to not have HKS watching your every move. That had to be horrible.

First coffee thread review. It seems as if the thrill of seeing Larry get US Citizen, Dannielynn, to the USA has depleted our energy. We must gird our loins for another victory - GETTING HOWARD AND KHRIS CONVICTED of negligence or manslaughter at the very least.

You are so right. Everyone has to come together for the common good. I find the blatant hatred that officials like Pelosi, Reid, and Murtha display towards their own country...chilling.

Bush is doing the best he can. The way the above mentioned fools (and others as well)act, he’s got garlic and holy water and isn’t afraid to use it on them, LOL! I have a serious issue with our border issues, but back W 110% regarding the Iraq war.

If we lose to Hillary, imagine what could happen. After all, the Constitution is now a “living document”. 99% of the vote every 4 years, just like Saddam, Castro, and crazy Kim.

We here for the most part, believe in justice for the underdog. We understand that if no one speaks out for real victims, then we in turn will become victims. We understand how important it is to nail crooked DA’s(Nifong), crooked judges(too numerous to name), and elected wolves in sheep’s clothing. We love our country, and FR has given us the opportunity to be proactive and learn to fight back. Several come to mind: The Duke LaCross players, Teri Schiavo, and of course, Daniel and Anna. True conservatives believe in justice, imo.

Imo, McCain should retire and take up golf and gardening.

Did we figure out WHERE Uncle Howie is? I read he was left at The Bahamas house when Larry left with Dannielynn(after his backwards episode..what is up with that?) THEN we “saw” him get on the plane, THEN we heard he mite of got off in Florida, THEN we heard he is STILL in The Bahamas. Actually i really dont care as long as he is far, far FAR away from Larry and Dannielynn!!!

"Hey Larry, would you take the garbage out?"

Welcome home, Larry Birkhead. Judy Birkhead's request to her brother signaled a much neededreturn to normalcy for a man who has spent the past 6 months telling the world he was, indeed, the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, and three months battling in the Bahamian courts to take her home.

The legal wrangling, the relentless media pursuit, it was, at least for now, all behind him. Larry, physically and emotionally drained, was happy to be surrounded by the people he loved, surrounded by people overjoyed to have the newest Birkhead family member home.

Dannielynnn sat contentedly on her father's lap as the Birkhead clan - sister, brother, parents, niece and nephews - gathered in a family room, chatting about the events of the past, the challenges that lay ahead and the love and support they have for each other.

Most of the talk was upbeat, happy. This was no time for negativity.

Dinner was incredibly routine. A big pot of spaghetti on one burner, meat sauce on the other, hot bread and a bowl of salad on the center island. It was a strictly help yourself affair.

Everyone picking up his or her own plate, digging in, then finding a seat wherever most comfortable. Conversation was, again, casual. No whispering, no secrets to spill, just plain ordinary dinner talk.

After his meal, Larry sprawled out on the sun room couch. He speculated a bit on the future, on what life would be like with Dannielynn in the coming months. He didn't, dwell on that too long. Clearly, he was exhausted but tonight he knew he would finally sleep and sleep well.

It was good to be home.

I’m really late reading through this, but had a thought on whether or not HKS was on the plane. I guess I will know for sure later on in the thread but for now I don’t know that he was or wasn’t on the plane. My thought is that I am sure he was not supposed to leave the Bahamas and maybe he snuck on the plane so the authorities wouldn’t see him. This way he will be able to be off and not go to the inquest and the Bahamas can’t do anything about it.

What this woman says pretty much jives with the same things Jackie Hatten — one of ANS best friends and Daniel’s godmother — had to say only days after ANS died.

The diaries, videos, now audio tape. Got up too early after being up all night. I'll go back to bed in a minute, but I can't help but wonder why all this material is being brought forth? I've learned that nothing is done regarding Daniel or Anna without someone profitting in some way :(

Are you perhaps referring to me? I admit I have made strong comments about Howard Stern and Dr. Joseph Perper. How can anyone can defend their actions? Howard was on the scene of TWO deaths. The comments reported in the media of Howard Stern and Larry bonding, if true, mean only danger for Dannielynn. I hope I am wrong, but I doubt Larry will be pushing for an competent investigation into the deaths of Daniel and Anna Nicole.

I repeated here what others have also posted: Dannielynn should get a thorough physical. The nannies stated she was given drugs to keep her quiet and that alone deserves an investigation. Howard Stern fed her mother drugs during the pregnancy some of the drugs prescribed to him.

My current comment is not about someones opinion about Vergie, Larry, HKS, etc.

It’s about how snotty, rude, hair triggered, and over the top some newbie posts are to the veteran freepers. These types of posts are what will get a newbie called out and their credibility comes into question due to how they treat others. Most of the time the veteran freepers can tell someone is a newbie because the way they post to other freepers even before the sign-up date is checked. The sign up date just verifies that they are newbie. A newbie becomes a troll when they start acting disrespectful towards others on the thread or forum.

Your point is well made re HKS not caring unless there is a clear advantage to him. Wasn’t there a picture of BonBon with one of the dogs after ANS died?

I agree and it will not show anything, at this point, re drugs used during the period her former nannies have made declarations about.

And like so many injustices or suspected misdeeds and possible criminal activities in this situation which have deserved an investigation, this too will be unlikely to happen or unlikely to occur in a thorough, uncontaminated, credible manner. There is no one of the principals, except perhaps VA who might be interested in pursuing such an investigation. Certainly not LB, who already has all he has ever said that he wanted. Very sad.
