A lawyer for Birkhead, Emerick Knowles, said his client hopes to leave for the United States once he secures a passport for Dannielynn but plans to return for the hearing in June.
So he got the birth certificate and will probably have to wait until monday to get a passport?!?!
I read that the passport is ready, just waiting to fill in the correct name from the new BC and then stamp it. But the office is probably closed until Monday.

I wonder if that’s true or if he’ll legally try and move everything to the states once he gets here. Seems to me I recall that judge saying something about how it should just be handled here.

The judge ruled that a court in the United States would likely have the final say in the custody dispute between Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead, who was confirmed as the 7-month-old baby’s father after undergoing DNA testing.
Now this says the judge ruled that a court in the US would LIKELY have the final say...so why would he have to go back to The Bahamas, IMO that would be uprooting Dannielynn AGAIN shortly after gettin her settled in. IMO if he is gonna live in the US, then why go back to The Bahamas?
From the bit I saw, Danny was in the chair....and frankly, I'd say that Anna was too far away and at such an angle, that there's no way she could say "He isn't breathing".

Hatten and Anna was 1999-2000. The neighbor was Rene Navarro, who later got an award for bravery from the DA.

His notes to self - showed the miscarriages in 2000 and 2001. But he is semi-literate and quite flaky - can’t put too much stock in those memoires.
*scratching my head* Not sure who that would be. Rale and Howie hired a probate lawyer for ANS’s estate in March - Bruce Ross.
There had been managers thru the years for ANS - but I’m not even sure any of them were financial people. They all seemed to be promoters, including “her personal attorney,” HKS. He called himself her manager, her agent, her lawyer, her PR person, her marketing consultant and whatever seemed to be the currency of the moment.
I’m still way back in my notes, going slowly to update the CNL - and I’m finding tons of things I’ve already forgotten, so if I run across something related to a business agent or financial manager, I’ll post it.
Yeah, they had her with her leg hanging out from the hospital bed and kind of kicking Daniel, while he was sitting in a chair right by the bed, to wake him up and then realizing he wasn’t waking up.
