NASSAU, Bahamas - A Bahamian court cleared the way Friday for Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend to leave the island chain with their infant daughter, rejecting an appeal by the mother of the former reality TV star.

The judge ruled that a court in the United States would likely have the final say in the custody dispute between Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead, who was confirmed as the 7-month-old baby’s father after undergoing DNA testing.

Now this says the judge ruled that a court in the US would LIKELY have the final say...so why would he have to go back to The Bahamas, IMO that would be uprooting Dannielynn AGAIN shortly after gettin her settled in. IMO if he is gonna live in the US, then why go back to The Bahamas?

Boy, this thing will come out just before the inquest. I hope Virgie's lawyer is smart enough to have it quashed before it happens....Because it has Daniel's death scene in it and AS WE KNOW, there is only one living witness and that scene will be Howard's fairy tale of events.

From the bit I saw, Danny was in the chair....and frankly, I'd say that Anna was too far away and at such an angle, that there's no way she could say "He isn't breathing".
