A lawyer for Birkhead, Emerick Knowles, said his client hopes to leave for the United States once he secures a passport for Dannielynn but plans to return for the hearing in June.
So he got the birth certificate and will probably have to wait until monday to get a passport?!?!
I read that the passport is ready, just waiting to fill in the correct name from the new BC and then stamp it. But the office is probably closed until Monday.

I wonder if that’s true or if he’ll legally try and move everything to the states once he gets here. Seems to me I recall that judge saying something about how it should just be handled here.
