Wasn’t the report by the Post a ‘goof’?
I haven’t heard anything since last night, but on Greta it was discussed that DL couldn’t get a passport until Monday and someone stated here the same report was on NG.
Glad I missed all that..

Me too, Jrabbit. The perpetual Bush bashers needed to be culled long ago, but the people you mentioned and some of the others who are gone will be missed.
What does bother me is Howard Stern's attempt to hang on to Dennielynn. A weird obsession.
Larry held the winning hand in the last part of Anna’s life: he would report her to CPS when the baby was born and at that point, he would gain custody, or partial custody, of his child. All three of them knew it.
I wonder what Daniel thought of Larry? We know he consulted a PI about HKS. Daniel seemed to be the only sober person around.
If the story is true that Larry and Howie are leaving together...well, my interest in this case will wane. I believe it is in the realm of possibility that these men are lovers behind closed doors. I have no doubt that Larry swings both ways. As much as people like to identify him as a good ole Kentucky boy, he has been Hollywood for a long time. He may have been a hanger on to Anna just as much as Howard.
In the last day of photographs, he reveals a side of himself that is like the cat that ate the canary. Were he and HKS in cahoots all along? Unimaginable? Maybe. Time will tell. But it’s going to be sickening to watch if they are together in the end. In that case, I don’t believe Larry is innocent, brainwashed, under HKS spell at all. Larry will be revealed as an opportunist with Hollywood stars in his eyes.
And for my final catharsis of the morning, I’m going to say that DL does not look happy in those pictures. The extent of the damage to her brain from the drugs ANS irresponsibly ingested while pregnant is still unknown. Larry may end up having a very heartbreaking road ahead with this child. If he doesn’t move back home to obscurity, away from cameras, then he is a complete swine. That’s the only chance this baby has of growing up, with whatever handicaps, normally. Will Larry put his own need for fame and glory ahead of his offspring’s? Will he prove to be one more grifter in this sordid tale?

There is absolutely no way that we know when those diaries were actually written. There’s no secret thoughts in there especially where she complains about the old man calling her 20 times a day. She never did really live with him. She flew out of town on the day they were married. Geeez...she was just so caring!!

Too much speculation here....but what I think I see coming is that Howard wants to "Get out of Dodge" before that inquest.
I hope Howard trips up on some Bahama legality (we've already seen that) and scr*** himself royally.
I predict that Howard will move out of the Horizons, pay what is owed...and it’ll never make it to court. He doesn’t want to say a thing that will come out in the open....like a whole bunch of lies. He learned his lesson in Seidlin’s court.
It’s funny. I was thinking earlier today that now Howie will actually pay his bills. Since it wasn’t his credit on the line I don’t think he ever worried about making sure Anna’s were paid.

There is, as always, something to be said for the wisdom and experience acquired in aging.
It looks like we’ve entered the next chapter in this case. For all we know, nothing further regarding DL will take place in the Bahamas, unless LB returns with her. And if HKS is successful in derailing the inquest for Daniel, the only justice Anna and Daniel will see, will be brought about by Virgie. I hope that she will continue to pursevere no matter how much she is scorned publicly for it.
Let’s just hope Virgie isn’t down and out.
Do we know what happened to plans for a wrongful death suit? I’d like to see nothing more than HKS running skeerred here in the states.

That’s probably true, to an extent. If, and it’s a big if, Howard remains an executor of the estate, he’d have to do what’s best for DL’s interests and not his own. It’s my understanding, and anyone who knows more please correct me if wrong, that Larry, as DL’s dad, could petition/file the probate court for a change of executor if he deems it necessary?
I call you arrogant, not the brightest bulb in the box, and basically inarticulate, but that’s just me!
