Missing the meals out here in “Browsing-by-the Sea”.

Observing that Larry’s ‘youth’, Howard’s mind games and all that media exposure is affecting Larry’s actions and attitude. It should have been expected - he has been through a huge ordeal, BUT he does have a victory.

OTOH, Virgie has experienced only personal and legal losses since Daniel’s death. My fear is that vindication for Virgie will be another tragedy down the road, involving poor little Dannielynn. I hope she has the courage and stamina to prevent it.

Dannie Lynn is a USA citizen. She was not a resident because Howie and Anna and Gibson cheated on the residency thing to start with. Anna relied on Howie all the way, smiled when he told her to smile, sipped when he told her to sip and lied when he told her to lie. Her assets didn’t include brains. A smile and two waterbags.

It was SUPPOSED to be a movie. Now it looks destined for TV. Talk about brain washing. I'm sure it will air in the Bahamas just before the inquest. "Video Illusions".

When will stupid people catch on to Howie?? Is Howard relying on the "intelligence" of Bahama Residents as opposed to USA residents??

Frankly, I think the Courts should restrict any release until AFTER THE INQUEST. That would be the motion that I would put forth.

Anna gave the police a report but it must have been some time after Danny died. It's scheduled for the Inquest.....and I'd bet my last nickel that it is a video with Howard right by her side, rubbing her arm.

My question: Was the ‘Madam’ questioned during the investigation(s) into Shanra Levy’s disappearance and murder? Who knew? When and what did the DC cops do about it? Could she be charged with obstruction of justice if she withheld her black book?

BIRKHEAD, NBC IN SECRET DEAL

NY Post...Page Six...April 28, 2007

THERE'S a good reason why NBC has been getting scoop after scoop in the Anna Nicole Smith soap opera and leaving the other networks in the dust - it has a secret $1 million deal with Larry Birkhead, the biological father of her 7-month-old baby, Page Six has learned.

An insider tells us the network's parent, NBC Universal, sealed the deal with Birkhead shortly after Anna Nicole's funeral, and that's why it's getting exclusives that end up on the network's "Today" and "Access Hollywood" programs and on its Bravo channel.

A rep for Bravo confirmed to us last night: "NBC Universal has an exclusive contract with Larry Birkhead and we don't discuss the terms of our deals."

Our source says the Birkhead deal is almost up, but one more big scoop is in the works. Birkhead and little Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead are flying from the Bahamas to Los Angeles today.

"They'll be on board a Bravo-funded plane along with Howard K. Stern and the network is planning some kind of big interview," our insider says.

"NBC-Universal made the deal with Larry right after the funeral. NBC did it through their entertainment division so there wouldn't be any uproar about it coming from news."

Indeed, "Access Hollywood" just scored a copy of the baby's newly-issued birth certificate. Last month, Birkhead exclusively revealed to the show a tattoo he has of the late blond bombshell just above his jean line.

"I have a tattoo on my back so I carry that around," he gushed to the show. "It's a picture of Anna so wherever I go, she goes."

When Birkhead and his lawyer, Debra Opri, went their separate ways, "Access Hollywood" was the first to report it.

"Today" has also had its scoops. When Birkhead was officially ruled the biological father, he went on the show first to describe his joy, gushing, "Yesterday was just a great day for me and Dannielynn."

Birkhead's lawyer could not be reached.

I believe they can look to previous wills for guidance. It's been my feeling all along that there WAS a previous will and it named Virgie as both the Guardian for Daniel and co-executor...the other being Anna's aunt.

I don't believe Howard will pursue the Marshall case further because I think it's dead in the water and has been despite the "supposed win" in the Supreme Court.

Go back and you'll find that Anna said that Old Man Marshall "wished" her to have lotsa, lotsa money. Her diary statement that Marshall bothered her with phone calls says a lot. He was a living annoyance in her life. She "wished"......

But, but...Howard said he wanted to stay there forever. Didn't think that would happen.

I can see no way that that will can be valid. It was Daniel specific. He's dead and Howard's power to distribute died with it as far as I can see.

The big thing is that at this time, there has been absolutely no itemizing of her estate and I'm sure Howard has everything he wants via the Corporation and deals that were made.

I think we'll find that the boat was a gift to Howard and that the 10K rock goes back to him. I'm sure the jewelry is very hockable...jewelry which Howard said was stolen.

And then there's the question of insurance policies..Beneficiary?? Some corporation that gives it all to him.

She may have been the competition. There were a few girls from California...all connected to Condit's manager, IIRC.

When they stopped the search...just a few steps away from where the body was eventually found (On a tip) about a watch, I wrote the FBI...telling them the tip was a diversion and to "GO BACK". I believe that Condit talked to the FBI.....first...when she disappeared.

Have there been any “old” girlfriends of Larry’s show up with cute stories? Or was ANS Larry’s only girlfriend? Did he ever date any other Hollywood wannabees?

You would think some gal would come forward and get in on ET’s largesse.
