I've found it helpful to get perspective to go back and review timelines. There shouldn't have been a 'body possession hearing' at all. Virgie, as the mother of an unmarried daughter, was there to claim her daughter and her grandbaby, and go home to contemplate her death. First HK, then LB, filed their own separate claims, HK for his own reasons, and LB for DNA testing. Two separate judges refused to hear custody/paternity. In the meantime, Anna's father, Don Hogan, turned up to view his daughter's body and pay his last respects at the ME's office, and was turned away, as not being 'on the list'. Sadly, he was unable to travel to the Bahamas for the funeral. The judge should have swabbed Anna's cheek, given the body to the mother, and called it a day. (IMO) In one way, it ws a good thing to have the hearing, because it gave the mother boo-koo amunition to go after at least civil charges; in another, it was a time for TMI, that could have been addressed after the funeral, with a judge, who hadn't made back-room deals not to pursue certain topics.
thanks for mentioning that, Bama :). Would you be surprised that some actually thought Virgie had supersecret P.I's who broke the story?? I will be happy when the Birkhead/Arthur families are standing together facing off HK, and focused on the objective of justice for Anna and Daniel and the precious legacy and importance of both families to DL, instead of the three-way road we have now, thanks to sites like the one you mentioned.
my understanding was the judge in the Bahamas was hearing a motion from Billy Smith to exhume his son, before Anna was plopped on top of him. Virgie was firm with her belief (also expressed by LB) that Anna should be buried in the States and pressed her case in the Bahamas as quickly as she could also be heard. The hearst was pulled over, with 6 vents in the back, and a/c on full blast for less than 20 actual minutes - there wasn't a drop of sweat on Moe's brow or on Perper when they exited.
we also have to look at the role of the Hon. Mrs. Rose, Esq., who is Virgie's bahamaian counsel. If she had a weak argument to the Court, I'd hardly fault Virgie. It would be counsel's job, to find and argue, the appropriate statutes and case law before the judges - Virgie just sits there. If the argument was 'weak' then the buck stops at Mrs. Rose for allowing her client to file to begin with, wouldn't you agree?
when LB was asked on the stand, if the 'mommy dearest' tape was accurate as to Anna's description of her mom to him, his answer was a definitive "NO". I still believe that. And I honestly believe that Virgie doesn't mean to alienate LB, but she, like Opri before her, is having one hellofa time, breaking thru that HK cloak that goes around everyone he's near and I'm sure Virgie is just as frustrated at LB as he is at her, for him going back on his own word to her.
HK wants his family, substituted for Anna and her family. Please don't buy the propaganda - trust the timelines, instead - they never lie :)
I believe that also..or that the Fri, in an office with plenty of people around her, and HK guarding sidewalks, visit was a more comfortable solution and was, in fact, in place of the proported 'sunday' visit. Placing myself in Virgie's shoes, I would not, under ANY circumstances, go to the Horizons - no way in hades ! Virgie's 'sunday' visit (if it was at all arranged) should more appropriately have been arranged for at the Gibsons', 'neutral territory' where the child has been most of the time anyway and where HK would have been also guarding the sidewalks!
I have to repost the above....this is in direct conflict with what we were told before - that Bahamaian law would apply to a dual-residency baby. Wow. Do we have any confirmation of Pott's reporting? and how would he know if a gag order is on?

unfortunately, i missed the ‘re-enactment’ - but it did bring to mind, HK first said that Dan ws in a chair, then said Dan was in ANS’s bed; the Bahama police remarked it was a diff version than what he originally told. So it kind of makes me sit up, that this, portrayal, was back to the ‘in a chair’ version....rewriting history?? and how much ‘royalties’ did HK make off this tv episode..maybe TMZ can stop trashing Virgie long enough to answer this question? Harvey, are u listening? (we know you are, you little scamp lol)

Glad you mentioned Mark Hatten. He relayed a story of a 2 or 3 day coma, followed up by an infamous Ice Bath. IIRC, he came to in the ICED Bath tub at Anna’s house. The drugged coma story and ice bath were written by Mark, prior to Anna’s or Daniel’s deaths. I’m assuming KE would have been on the scene during the Mark time frame.
Also Mark’s mention of miscarriages makes me wonder if Anna was given something by one of her handlers to make her mis-carry. That would be three miscarriages, if Mark’s story is true. Hmmmmmmm... I wonder if Anna’s will of 2001 was created by a greedy HKS to ensure any future spouses or little Hatten’s would NOT be included in Anna’s estate. I just can’t believe Anna would have knowingly signed such a bizarre Will. Probably one of those many papers HKS put in front of her to sign without reading.
Hopefully Larry realizes and remembers how controlling HKS was during the time he spent with ANS. Larry could have easily had trumped up charges against him, and now be sitting in a cell next to Mark.(just speculation on my part)
I hope Larry’s family talks him into staying in Kentucy, far far away from Hollywood and its lunacy. He’s probably made enough money off photo shots, in the past few weeks, to just retire and be a Daddy.
Forgot to say that it may well turn out the Studio City house will have to be sold for bills,debt repayment, whatever, but if it doesn’t have to be, then it would belong to Dannielynn and I’d think Larry would have a say in it’s final disposition as her dad. I’m sure that’s why Howard may have suggested it to Larry as a place to reside, and not because he has any rights to it himself, as he doesn’t. It wouldn’t bother me if Larry chose to live there, but he’d have to be able to pay the taxes and upkeep and there are probably other reasons it might not be such a great idea for the long term.
I’m going to have faith that Larry’s smarter than that and has been and will get good advice from his attorneys and his family:)
Knowing her for a brief time admittedly, I would seriously doubt that she would go in that direction - IMO, she's writing a book and searching for sponsors instead. Certainly, her editor skills are to be respected and she has a valuable talent that deserves to be recognized and applauded.

now THAT is interesting ! i thought HK was compelled to stay for the inquest by Bahama court! what about never leaving ANS alone?! what about the story today, that hk would 'use his wealth' to buy a home in the bahamas? JACK HARDING _ HK ALERT _ HK ALERT!!
