I have to repost the above....this is in direct conflict with what we were told before - that Bahamaian law would apply to a dual-residency baby. Wow. Do we have any confirmation of Pott's reporting? and how would he know if a gag order is on?

Dannie Lynn is a USA citizen. She was not a resident because Howie and Anna and Gibson cheated on the residency thing to start with.
