Had to back-read about 200 posts to catch up and I didn’t see anybody comment on the very last thing said on ET tonight!

I know it’s sad and a little sick, but I have to admit the week of the case in Judge Seidlin’s Court was one of the BEST TV weeks I’ve had in forever! I was glued to the TV on those days!

OMG!! You are kidding, right? I came HERE to the ANS case to ‘get over’ obsessing about the Natalee Holloway case! That case just ‘did me in’ and made me lose hope in all that is good! : ( I have a sister who graduated at the same time as Natalee and she is a student at the University of Alabama. She also left for a ‘graduation’ trip to Mexico a week after Natalee disappeared and I was just SICK with worry! She is a lot younger than me, needless to say! And, of course, she thought I was some obsessed freak for always talking about Natalee Holloway and WARNING her to be careful about EVERYONE she is around! Anyway, unless it’s good news about the case, I don’t even want to hear it... : (

Virgie was seeking to keep the little girl in the Bahamas until the next custody hearing in June, but the courts will allow Dannielynn to travel with her father.

Sources tell ET that the pair could be leaving the Bahamas by Monday at the earliest — as Larry was unable to get Dannielynn’s passport on Friday. Larry is reportedly making preparations to take his daughter home to Louisville, KY.

Sounds like Larry is gloating to me. Oh well hmmmm....

Hey - just saw NG and the report is Baby and Larry not leaving til maybe NEXT WEEK!!!!! NG gave Larry’s attorney advice per getting to the US Embassy first thing Monday morning and the hours they can be seen are ridiculously short - something like 9 to 11 the closed then 1 to 3 then closed. And on Friday’s they are only open 9 to 11. As NG said, we’d all starve if we worked those hours —— but that is typical GOVERNMENT...grrr. Anyway - am so sorry they could not leave this weekend! As stated yesterday, Virgie - get out of the way and let them go.

OHHH - that gives more explanation while NG blamed the delay totally on Virgie. Said it was her actions that succeeded in delaying the baby and Larry from leaving the Bahamas Saturday.

Some here have said for the longest time they needed to get that paperwork done.

So the official was out. Wonder if his last name is Gibson???

REALLY? Can a guardian or trustee of a MINOR really ‘donate’ money on the Minor’s behalf? Now that I think about it, I’m sure you must be right, bc the way Anna’s 2001 Will was written the Executor and/or Trustee had complete control of the money until Daniel turned 25!

That’s yet another reason for a CO-Guardian or Co-Executor, IMO. To make sure DL’s money isn’t handed over to popular “Hollywood” charities, in exchange for favors (i.e. auditions, TV roles, etc.)!

WASHINGTON - Randall Tobias, head of the Bush administration's foreign aid programs, abruptly resigned Friday after his name surfaced in an investigation into a high-priced call-girl ring, said two people in a position to know the circumstances of his departure.

ABC reported on its Web site late Friday that Tobias confirmed that he had called the Pamela Martin and Associates escort service to have women come to his condo and give him massages.

I was SO hoping they would find Natalee alive. What a pretty girl and she had so much life ahead of her. She probably just let herself get a little too loose around the wrong people. I felt SO bad for Beth. I do hope they finally get a resolution once and for all for Beth’s sake. In a way I was glad Chandra Levy’s remains were found just for her parents sake. They seemed like nice people.

I see what you are saying, but I just figured that the Marshall family would be more likely to settle if Anna AND HKS were out of the picture. I’m sure they have ‘no love lost’ for Howard K. Stern after the stunt he pulled in the Texas courtroom (stealing the financial documents).

Do you know how the CA Probate Courts determine who will be appointed as Executor of the Estate, if a person dies intestate? If the 2001 Will is thrown out, would LB have ANY SAY at all in who became the Executor of ANS’s Estate? Also, if the Will is not thrown out, but Ron Rales is appointed Executor of the Estate, how do you think that would affect the Marshall case? Since there are ‘other lawyers’ working on the Marshall case for ANS, would it really make a difference if Ron Rale was named Executor, rather than HKS??
