REALLY? Can a guardian or trustee of a MINOR really ‘donate’ money on the Minor’s behalf? Now that I think about it, I’m sure you must be right, bc the way Anna’s 2001 Will was written the Executor and/or Trustee had complete control of the money until Daniel turned 25!

That’s yet another reason for a CO-Guardian or Co-Executor, IMO. To make sure DL’s money isn’t handed over to popular “Hollywood” charities, in exchange for favors (i.e. auditions, TV roles, etc.)!

"Bush Official Linked to Call-girl Probe"

WASHINGTON - Randall Tobias, head of the Bush administration's foreign aid programs, abruptly resigned Friday after his name surfaced in an investigation into a high-priced call-girl ring, said two people in a position to know the circumstances of his departure.

ABC reported on its Web site late Friday that Tobias confirmed that he had called the Pamela Martin and Associates escort service to have women come to his condo and give him massages.
