My favorite part would be the scenes of HKS in Fox Hill begging them to empty the slop bucket he is given as a toilet substitute! They are suppose to empty them once a day but "forget" according to the research I did on the wonderful place :) The stench in the HR room didn't seem to bother him but I bet he squeals like a pig when he is handle his very own slop bucket LOLOL
There is no need to wonder why he is fighting the inquest before he is even charged! Someone PLEASE make sure the inquest happens with the right witnesses and testimony!
Daniel Ross looks a little to young to be Anna’s date. Towards the end of her life, Anna’s choice of clothing became much more understated, and she looked wonderful. Some of these older pics remind me of why I just shook my head. Her cup continuedly ran over.

I have no doubt a sociopath like Kerrick or HKS could pass a lie dectector test with ease. It merely measures anxiety and everyone can see that HKS has NO anxiety about his misdeed. Probably his buddy, Kerrick has no anxiety about his lies either. (Google anything on sociopaths, lies and lie dectectors.)
Come on! Howie’s DEEPLY connected IMO to the West Hollywood/Bev Hills/entertainment drug underground - GHB SOMA metadone ecstasy. And no one is going to find THAT covered b/c some of HKS’s best contacts are members of, or associated with, media in the Weho/BH/SoCal part of the country. Money says it all there. HKS has been lubing the pipes there with ANS’s money and KE’s drug supplies for close to a decade.

My mother had a saying passed on from her mother and grandmother: “many hands make the burden light”. Not these days.
HKS has an “in” with Shane Gibson who is running for a PLP office (will probably win too). However, in light of the scandal he was in with ANS, I think there is enough pressure that can be applied to keep the inquest going IF there is someone staying in the hunt here. Who is going to do that? Virgie seems like the likely choice with her law enforcement background and as Daniel’s non-minor, next of kin. She says she wants justice ... stick with the inquest and she can get the one person she holds responsible .... HKS! There is no money train attached to it but there is satisfaction in knowing HKS is paying for his crimes. Fox Hill would be better than any jail he might see in the US!

In my opinion though, if she continues (and her PR is still suffering from allowing her daughter’s body to bake in the sun while she was in court, or at least that is how the islanders see it. That was very very offensive to them and their culture and a thumb your nose to having her body there “what’s wrong with here” so to speak) to make herself a nuisance, she will not have any sway on that inquest. The officials will not have any reason to look good because their constituents will care less about how Virgie feels. IMO, she should allow Larry to get his baby out of there and continue to be the fighting Granny. That they will respect. But by fighting the baby’s REAL father (it seemed reasonable to fight her faux father by fighting HKS, but unreasonable to fight Larry, who has the citizens affections) she is alienating herself and any possibility of getting anything done there regarding HKS criminally.

Oh, it would be such poetic justice to see HKS finally able to enjoy the FULL benefits of a Bahamian citizenship. But with Anna’s testimony gone from any inquest, I’m afraid HKS’s fear and pre-emptive paranoia has protected him one more time.
Aren’t there alot of other um “commendable features” at Fox Hill, like almost no way of appealing one’s way out?
Now that the baby has been found to be Larry's, which Howard always knew "from the baby book" with Uncle Howie fingerprints....He's just so damn happy for Larry.
In the meantime, he's trying to destroy the Virgie's "bloodline tie" (via the court).....i.e., Virgie to Anna to Dannie Lynn.
Remember, Howard mentioned that Danny said he was happy about his new "blood" relative. Well, Virgis is a blood relative also...
We seem to have lost our spirit of family and community on this level at least. Everyone doing his/her own thing?
HKS's actions regarding the upcoming inquest into Daniel's death reveal a guilty conscience and a desperate man. This is so obvious even a child can see it.
I keep wondering if his motive regarding that nonsense about transition was partly to stall for time to get drugs out of the baby's system.
HKS's actions have been so disgusting that I cannot understand why anyone, who does not have a vested interest, would support him. I have no reason to be prejudiced against him - I had never heard of him until after Daniel's death, but I cannot find a single admirable trait about him.
Well, from what I have been able to find out there is no bail if a murder charge comes out of the inquest. Any other charge besides murder could have bail set but they would take into account that he is a flight risk since he is not a Bahamian citizen. Best case scenario is a murder charge so he can sit waiting for trial. The wheels turn slow in the Bahamas so he could sit a while! However, there could be drug charges that carry stiff penalties too. Drug charges are more likely than murder when you look at the burden of proof. They have the airbills for drugs shipped to the Bahamas etc. The only way he can escape any wrongdoing there is IF he applied for the license to have them imported into the Bahamas. I guess it remains to be seen if they brought them in legally.
Once the inquest jurors ask for a murder charge to be brought again HKS, it would then be up to the Attorney General to charge him. IF (please, please, please) the jurors deem Daniel's death a murder at HKS hands, the public could then put the pressure on for the AG to follow through with the charges.
I see this as the only way HKS serves any jail time.

He doesn’t have custody yet, so how can he do that without HKS claiming that he’s kidnapped the baby?

I couldn't agree more. The Amish still have it right. In this day and age, it is very difficult to connect with your community. Huge, sprawling masses of housing and people who work all the time, and over-schedule their children...instead of letting them play ball in the street. Of course, in many neighborhoods that just isn't feasible anymore. Back when we were kids, that's how the neighbors got to know one another. Another thing is people moving away from family just to earn a living. Sometimes you don't meet up unless there is a wedding or funeral. I haven't seen most of my family since I was 15, and we went to a family reunion in MA.
What odd timing. IMHO, KR is wanting the limelight, might seeking a “sugar daddy” to notice him, or perhaps even was set up by HKS to help put the squeeze on LB in order to influence his future testimony.
