Thread Number 3

Those bloody cats again! Have you not noticed that they are controlling your life without having to buy expensive psychotropic substances.
If only Howard had been a cat person!
Now multiply your bathroom trauma by 100 and you'll know what I'm going thru over here restoring a 100 year old house. We only have one dog tho and she stays home because she can't handle the noise.
However I will be back on the thread when the noise quiets down here around 5! And tomorrow afternoon is a big day so Im sure the thread will revive.
OK, I've been busy so what happens tomorrow afternoon?
Do you organize your spices alphabetically? I do mine by size and shape. And cooking spices on the top shelf, baking stuff on the bottom......uh oh.
Isn’t that they “only” way? ~LOL
Isn’t that they “only” way? ~LOL
I think the size and shape way is better because it looks better. If you use the alphabetized way you’ll have big ones next to small ones and different sizes all over the place. The size/shape-cooking/baking way is best.
In America, there is a similiar system called Probate. Typically it is the surviving parent, but occasionally it is someone else. There is no reason that Larry couldn’t fall under the same standards as the American precedent in probated wills with him as the guardian of the estate. You, as the guardian, are set to standards and must account for the money to the courts. As well as become bonded for the amount of the estate to prevent theft.
So to interject herself in the estate is NOT right, IMO. And as I’ve stated before, if my ex-husband’s family tried to interject themselves as guardian of my children, I would be PISSED. And they would have to fight me tooth and nail for anything from me. Because it would appear they wanted their own fingers in my children’s money.
Virgie is money hungry. I didn’t think that way until last week, but now I do. And Anna was right about her.
I think youve taken forced withdrawal too narrowly. Im not saying that ONLY an agency was forcing it. Circumstances were forcing it.....how do you know ANS was keeping herself on any maintenance regimen?
You see, I have a more positive view of Anna: IMO, Anna moved to the Bahamas to start a new life, without drugs, and was doing pretty good. She was successful again. She'd gotten face work, knocked a few years off. She had her movie coming out. She'd made new friends in G.Ben and the Coens, and in the Shelleys. Daniel liked them. She'd met the Gibsons before. Her old friends were being cut loose because Daniel wouldn't tolerate them. It was time for a change. A 'normal life', as she told Gina Shelley. We would have rolled our eyes and grinned when she and LB got back together after fighting like cats and dogs, or maybe they would have been friends.
Anna was on a lot less drugs when DL was born, than she was two months later, clown video aside. Why display a drugged-up Anna? She was in a bitter custody battle, LB was chomping on her heels, but there was her lawyer, sitting right next to her, coaching and posing her, when she should have been kept 'barricaded in the house' (and from the looks of her, probably wanted to be)?? Well, we learned later, she and her lawyer were fighting.
[someone] needed to pull some CYA moves, because Bahama jails just aren't that appealing, especially without Anna's funding; by mid-October, the 'honeymoon' was apparently over. In hindsight, it makes the November ET interviews a complete farce. [someone] got up from the ground at that funeral and put two and two together. Maybe one of those, I'm going down, so are you, everybody loses, kinda moments. Anna was being given pretty little drug cups - on the days she got less and had moments of clarity, she was given more little cups to muddle that clarity. After Daniel died, it wasn't advantageous for Anna to be sober anymore.
And that is why, I don't think the plan, was detox. Nobody cared about Feb 28th - and Miami was full of doctors to shop. Supply was a non-issue. The issue was the off-delayed inquest. It was Anna's credibility in the end that would matter. There was no way around the methadone or the drugs in Daniel's body. Anna wasn't the one who left that hospital room. The Bahamas weren't playing now. Anna was the only one with a valid excuse for the methadone and imo, she knew she didnt' have any pills in that room - Anna wanted [someone's] head to roll - she certainly wasn't going to see herself in jail, after all.
Of course, all of this is pure conjecture and speculation and may or may not apply to any specific people in the life of Anna.
heres Virgies problem as I see it: the Bahamas doesnt want the will or lack of will issue since she died in Florida...so I think Virgie is trying to have this done according to English common law in the Bahamas and attach it to the custody/guardianship of the child rather than as a result of a probate action in California where it probably wont fly. Just guessing.

Here is the thing, she contradicts herself in regards to Dannielynn’s custody and well being. She is supposedly concerned about HKS having been involved in the death of her grandson and daughter, but yet she does whatever it takes to get her grubby fingers in the money of her granddaughter and in the mean time keeps said granddaughter in the hands of the person she supposedly fears??
Bull.
Todays posting is courtesy of Ohio attorney Ted Gudorf, whose practice is limited to Estate Planning and his comments about Anna Nicole are remarkable for their timeliness and accuracy. Its a lesson worth learning. It is quite surprising how someone so rich and famous could foul things up so badly.

Excuse, she might have been rich and famous, but she was uneducated and illiterate. The statement should be “It’s amazing someone who graduated college and law school could foul things up so badly.”
“”””she does whatever it takes to get her grubby fingers in the money of her granddaughter and in the mean time keeps said granddaughter in the hands of the person she supposedly fears??”””
As a trustee/guardian of Dannielyn’s “money” she will not be spending any money with her “grubby fingers” - but overseeing the spending by Larry. Hopefully, by sticking to her guns, Virgie will prevent Howard’s control of Larry, Dannielynn and/or her “money”.
She is probably in high anxiety about DL being in the same house as Howard - the Court has not seen fit to remove her. The paternity proof has not helped move things along YET. During all this time, remember, Howard WAS NAMED AS FATHER ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE - not Virgie’s fault.
Reading your post makes me think you are right on with this. Why the phone calls? Maybe we now know.
We were told that HKS was acting strange in the lobby on the phone, was ANS already dead and who was he calling? KE to tell her it was over?
I can't believe the Seminole police didn't investigate this like they should have.

Good point.
On the eve of her wedding she cycled around the grounds of Clarence House singing: “I’m going to marry the Prince of Wales tomorrow.”

HA! As if any one of us wouldn’t!!!
IMO they need to look a bit deeper into what happen that week.

And they won’t, continuing with the myth that it was all just ‘tragic’.
Hmmm. You make a really good case for the detox being just a “cover story.” But maybe it was a cover story with multiple “benefits.”
“The issue was the off-delayed inquest. It was Anna’s credibility in the end that would matter. There was no way around the methadone or the drugs in Daniel’s body. Do you think the above was perhaps HKS’s concern, and he recruited KE into prescribing the chloral hydrate as a “bone” so to speak, addressing her concern about getting her name off the methadone trail of faxes, Rx’s, contacts to pharmacies and other docs to write for the stuff and other schedule II drugs?
KE certainly had to be concerned about being investigated by her state medical board for her multiple attempts to procure narcotics after the pharmacist at USC telephonically “counseled her.”
As long as it’s neat and organized—I’m all for it. The one thing I really hate is cluttered up kitchen and bathroom countertops—big pet peeve of mine.

6. Sidney S. Loxley, M.D., Revocation of Registration, 71 Fed. Reg. 30172 (May 25, 2006)
On January 25, 2005, DEA issued an Order to Show Cause and Immediate Suspension to Respondent, which suspended his DEA registration and directed him to show cause as to why DEA should not revoke his registration. The Order noted that Respondent had two prior disciplinary actions by the Virginia Board of Medicine: a sixteen-month suspension of his medical license in 1993 for a sexual relationship with a minor; a three-year probation in October 2003 for prescribing controlled substances to his wife, who was chemically dependent; and controlled substance recordkeeping violations reflecting gross incompetence. The Order also alleged that Respondent was writing prescriptions for large amounts of controlled substances to people without the physical examinations, testing or evaluations that are consistent with a legitimate doctor-patient relationship. Between October 2003 and May 2004, DEA undercover Special Agents and cooperating sources posing as patients obtained multiple prescriptions, and audits of pharmacies between August and December 2004 revealed that Respondent was continually prescribing large quantities of narcotic controlled substances without apparent legitimate medical reasons. Four patients died under Respondents care as a possible result of overprescribing. Respondent was indicted on 91 felony counts related to unlawful distribution and dispensing of controlled substances without a legitimate medical purpose.
