Remember that Larry brought up the drugs in court and said he had taken her to a clinic.

Vergie had taken her to a clinic at one time. Howard and KE....different story wasn't it. I don't believe that Howard ever mentioned KE in Seidlin's court nor has he really mentioned her at all.

I suppose Sherlock Holmes would call this "The Case of the Disappearing Doctor". Follow her footsteps and you will find the truth.

I cannot relate either, Sod. I also cannot understand why Virgie isn’t given standing or respect by the media, as the Mother and Grandmother of two deceased loved ones. HKS and his attack team have been very successful in taking all attention off himself and Daniel’s inquest.

Prior to the DNA test, HKS fought tooth and nail to keep DL away from Larry Birkhead. Now all of a sudden, they appear to be best buddies. Very strange and I would think dishearting for Virgie to see. She sure doesn’t deserve all the bashing she continues to get in the media, imo.

The death of ANS opened a brand new door for LB that actually has changed his life dramatically. He always wanted Hollywood and a career there and now is he extremely famous and hugely popular. He now is certain to get custody of the child whom he hoped to eventually get visitation only!

LB will become extremely wealthy from all of this. His child will become even more wealthy.

You have expressed what I feel, in great discomfort! Especially the first paragraph.

I do think that that's the way it is and will be. I hope we're wrong but I don't think so. He was attracted to Anna for a reason. He also is getting everything he could ever dream about.

Dannielynn needs no trust fund- to me that's just a chimera (smoke and mirrors) Her father could take care of her just like any ordinary loving dad, by working by the sweat of his brow. I'm not seeing a solid guy here.

On the other hand I can understand the papa that says, well I gotta make sure my baby gets the best. Well, still, I think that that father would just work harder, so she would be proud of him. Instead of taking the easy money.

I can understand about taking the dough if you are dirt poor, but I don't understand if you are making a living. A trust fund, then, seems redundant, cause, can't daddy provide?

Yep, I agree. More like the illusion, the story he wants to invent, cause if you say it often enough people will have to believe you. IMO, it's Howard claiming privileged territory (entitlement) from the outset. First strike.

I don't agree... why not get paid for the picture and put it away for her future, which is what he is doing. I don't begrudge or envy people success or money... those magazines pay photographers (like Larry) a lot of money to take the pics, so why shouldn't the subject get some of the profit as well.

I haven't heard he was planning to retire at 34.

I am anticipating that Larry will accept Howard’s invitation to take DL to the USA on the yacht ‘Cracker’ with the rationale that he can take along Gerlene to assist as well as all of DL’s clothes and baby stuff more conveniently than by plane. Fewer problems with customs and paperwork.

My view of Tex is that he’s not all about the money. From what I’ve read, he has the luxury of taking cases that move him, challenge him, intrigue, stimulate him. Really, Virgie is a nobody, compared to Howard or even to the photogenic Larry.

He had a choice, and he chose Virgie. If I were a financially independent winner, I would be doing what suits me at any moment. He saw something in Virgie’s cause. I hope it is about a mother’s justice. I think it is.

I will have total custody of both my grandchildren if anything happens to my daughter and son in law and partial custody if she is still married. Tony can fight me. He won’t because they both believe that is what’s best for all.

I am so glad you mentioned that in real life! Yeah, it happens and it looks toward an uncertain future.

Which makes me think, if Larry is balking about Virgie's suggestions, then why not make it so for his parents? And the other thing that stymies me is wondering about the meetings with Larry and Virgie- like, does he get why she wants what she wants????

Virgie surely is not saint. But she is huge improvement over over HKS who had best is a criminally negligent caretaker.

Could we stress this, in GIANT banners? What does it take for people to get it?
