Keeping Virgie from Danny's funeral is something that Virgie will likely never forget or forgive....and I don't blame her one bit. There are times you just bite your tongue (And I mean Anna) and "do what is right".
Larry was more than happy to work WITH her two months ago, before her attorneys all called him a sperm donor and said the only person to raise that baby was Virgie.
We haven’t heard anything from the PI that Danny talked to. I think that’s a good sign...and I don’t mean for either Howard or KE.
If we wait for anyone to unravel the financial mess that is ANS/HKS Dannielynn Birkhead will be in College before anyone gets custody over her.
Well, Howard is obviously paying his bills out of the estate. When asked to reimburse it...He will say...”Sue Me”.
Virgie admitted, yesterday, to MSNBC she is the holdup and makes no appology for it.
I take a simple view — Larry just wants to take his child and get on with his life and let HKS and Virgie haggle with each other.

I don’t believe Larry could “move” the baby without a court order, Virgie’s order placed the baby in legal limbo at Horizons.
Evidentally the Bahamian Judge is going on a 30-day vacation after this week’s hearing... Virgie doesn’t want Larry to be able to remove the baby from the Islands until they have a full-blown custody trial, which could not be scheduled to get underway before June at the earliest.
Growth hormones are injected on a daily basis as well... saw a program about this just yesterday on CNN... they are also illegal for all but a handful of medical reasons.
“Maybe” (I’m musing here) HKS was told by the medical doctor/shrink KE that ANS needs all these drugs.... I still think he was using along with ANS... sort of a Days of Wine and Roses type of scenario only with drugs.
I think that is baloney... this isn’t about Virgie’s image. It appears, to me, that if that is the case we are all allowing personal prejudice get in the way of the facts we are reading in this case (sparse as they may be)...
I read months and months ago that any ruling in the Bahamas would be upheld in the USA. Has to do with the HAgue Conventions.

Yes, I believe she was taking that for weight loss - not that Growth hormone is indicated to be used in adults as treatment for weight loss, but it is. Still, I believe her B-12, Lasix could have been given orally, but if she were of an addictive-perspective, needles would have been more appealing than pills whether or not they were absolutely necessary.
Brigette has totally flown under the radar this entire time. I ‘d really, really like to know why. If Rita Cosby had not interviewed her on camera I doubt any of us would know about her part in the death of ANS.
Well, we all know one thing... ANS was not the bite her tongue type.
