My bet is that there was an old will...one that made Virgie the guardian for Daniel and executor of her estate. (Finding it is OQ’s job.)
Howard MUST DESTROY VIRGIE because if that comes to light, it is hard evidence of a likely sustained challenge to Howard’s role as both guardian and executor. (The real reason for the “I Hate Mommy’s Video”.) We think it’s about the baby...but I think it’s because of a previous will.
Howard could care less if Virgie sees the baby. The “Anna said” is a farce. It’s something else...and my instincts say a previous will...one drawn when she was of sane mind and not under Howard’s control.”

YOUR PROBABLY RIGHT. I’d never thought of it that way. I suppose others have. It’s one theory that is simple and fits and makes everything else fall into place.

The “I have to carry out Anna’s wishes thing,” has always seemed like a flimsy cover. HKS carries out, and is true to, nothing but his own self-interests.

LOL, if only grandma had lost some weight, had a good makeover and a good PR firm, got implants, just slept with her men instead of marrying them, had an addiction, and moved out of the south, had not worked all her life at a normal job and grifted, conned, or at least slept with wealthy men, then she could be in the running for place in her granddaughters life.

Maybe LB and Stern family have some mercy, and let her visit once a year, thru a glass window, so as not to give the baby white trash disease!

Howard is in "brainwashing" mode. If he continues, by the time the inquest comes around....it will be history and I'm certain he will asked for a gag order and the record to be sealed and get rid of witnesses whom he say are prejudiced because they were fired by Anna...and jurors who are grandmothers.

How many people were REALLY paying attention to Danny's inquest before Anna died?? A handful at best.

When did we start Thread One and how many even knew about the inquest before that?? I didn't even know who Anna Nicole was!!

Yes. I haven't forgotten that fact (that immediately after the DNA hearing, it was STERN who said there would be a 4 week transition period (a month).....then later it came out that this was qualified to 2-4 weeks. And Virgie had zero to do with either of those time predictions.

Surely we should all recognize that it is Stern who is behind all the delays. He does NOT want to let go of Dannielynn because she protects him from getting booted out of the Horizons! for one thing. And the anti-Virgie propaganda machine continues unabated all the better to prevent any potential Bahamian juror from thinking favorably about Virgie when the inquest finally does happen - IF it happens before a jury - as opposed to Stern's demand that it happen before a judge only.

You’re right - that’s how things look right now. And, if that does transpire, that Stern does not have to face the questions that he should face re: Daniel’s death (that should reopen questions about Anna’s death which he and KE should have to answer - in court) - well there is a court in the next life from which Stern cannot escape.

"Not-For-Release Anna Nicole Photos Stolen"

RUTLAND, Vt. -- A laptop computer containing still images of Anna Nicole Smith from her last movie has been stolen from the Vermont studio preparing to premiere it.

On Thursday morning, three vandals broke into Edgewood Studios' offices in Rutland and stole the MacBook of an employee that contains not-for-release photos of Smith taken during the filming of "Illegal Aliens," a campy sci-fi movie completed before her Feb. 8 death.

Filmmaker David Giancola said three young people were caught on surveillance cameras smashing up the studio.

The 39-year-old former Playboy Playmate, whose screen credits include "The Hudsucker Proxy" and "Naked Gun 33 1/3," filmed "Illegal Aliens" in Vermont in 2005 and helped to bankroll it.

It's headed straight to DVD, with a May 1 release planned.

Just another “event” in the story of the ANS saga.....if vandals will do that for video/pictures of Anna Nicole - think what a really bad person would do to get hands on Dannielynn. LB needs to provide a round the clock bodyguard for that baby. So I hope he does get some money to do that....undoubtedly he will - has already.

Was there a court ruling that DL had to stay in the custody of Goat? For how long?

Just taking their actions and words to the press, at face value, it seems that LB will return to CA, and Stern will later follow.

They will work a deal on the legal stuff, and together they will raise the baby, and keep them all financially stable, either at an enormous level, (Marshall money), or at a simi-enormous level, (Anna’s future earnings).

LB and Stern have an emotional bond, like brothers, imo. And LB is the sweet one, lol.

Stern will never allow any white trash Texans to be involved with Anna’s child, never. Anna’s agent at the time of the Guess Jeans contract said as much, it would be bad for her image, as it will the baby’s.

And LB obviously agrees.

Like I said, in about 5 years we will be seeing, “I hate grandma and Texas” videos, lol.”

Thanks for reminding me about the baby seats. When mine were babies, we didn’t have baby seats like they do today, and I had to hold the baby the entire flight. My mind has been freed from one of its’ anxieties! :)
