I agree with those who said that a normal person would want to mend a rift between parent and child. How bad could Virgie Arthur have been if Anna Nicole trusted her to raise Daniel?

I think the judges have already decided how the custody transfer will work in the event that Larry is the father. There's some necessary paperwork for that USA Citizen to be done so that she can return to the USA with the proper papers. I think THOSE will be signed Friday. A copy of the papers should also go to the Ca courts since until something changed, they recognized Howie's "Bahama fatherhood certificate". It may clear the way to get Howard's DNA also.

I think Larry submitted some evidence that permitted this DNA thing to go foreward in the first place....and I'm thinking that it is the book with the thumbprints which Larry "got on the record" in Seidlin's court. That $10,000 fine was the "clue" that Howard didn't have any evidence to counter it and if he did, it should have been submitted BEFORE the hearing was concluded.

Anna Nicole Smith Investigation - The hotel surveillance video could turn out to be valuable key evidence in the ongoing police investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
Over 600 pills are missing from Anna’s room. If Anna Nicole was too weak to get out of bed before dying, then how did she get up and rummage through a duffle bag to swig the sedative choral hydrate?

According to a report from the National Enquirer, police discovered video that appears to be shot from a surveillance camera stationed in the hallway where Anna Nicole Smith was staying when she died. The report states that a sixth floor camera at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino caught ‘a man’ going into Anna’s room just before she died.

By the way, that Supreme Court win was a smokescreen. It was Anna's testimony that Howard Marshall "wished" her to have "this much" that got the $474 mil reduced to $88 mil. Ya think Howard was p***** at Anna the day they walked out of that court??

World Waits to Hear Paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s Daughter

In just one more day it will be revealed who fathered the daughter of the late actress-model Anna Nicole Smith. After months of wrangling that began before her tragic death in February, the answer is expected to be made known on Tuesday.

That’s when a court in the Bahamas will publicly release DNA test results on Dannielynn Smith, and her two potential fathers, attorney Howard K. Stern and photographer Larry Birkhead.

It’s been reported that the DNA expert who holds the results is Dr. Michael Baird, of Ohio, who will be in the court room with DNA tests on hand.

Whoever’s DNA matches the child’s, it’s likely a judge will grant custody of Anna Nicole’s daughter to her biological father. Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, is also expected to continue her legal battle for custody of her granddaughter.

Well, imho its good that someone brings back up issues that were on the front burner at one time and just left out there with no explanation or answer.

Perhaps someone will follow up, but I am sure it will not be the Seminole police or the Perp!

Daniel: Just thinking....When was Anna scheduled to go home with the baby?? The next day?? Because there was no hesitation in getting her released. They whisked her away that night....heavily sedated.

So, if Anna was going to go home the next day, why didn't Howard schedule Danny's flight a day or so later?? It would have been more comfortable for all at home and the media wouldn't have access..

Oh, yeh....The Horizons would have become a crime scene (imagine that)and Howard needed that "morning rounds" witness.
