I think the judges have already decided how the custody transfer will work in the event that Larry is the father. There's some necessary paperwork for that USA Citizen to be done so that she can return to the USA with the proper papers. I think THOSE will be signed Friday. A copy of the papers should also go to the Ca courts since until something changed, they recognized Howie's "Bahama fatherhood certificate". It may clear the way to get Howard's DNA also.

I think Larry submitted some evidence that permitted this DNA thing to go foreward in the first place....and I'm thinking that it is the book with the thumbprints which Larry "got on the record" in Seidlin's court. That $10,000 fine was the "clue" that Howard didn't have any evidence to counter it and if he did, it should have been submitted BEFORE the hearing was concluded.

That was a HUGE piece of evidence...with their names, their thumb prints and their acknowledgement of each other’s separate relationships to the unborn baby.

I think that Larry still needs to take her to the US Embassy just to get her officially on their register and then officially leaving!
