I’ve spent the night there and also attended a murder mystery event there. You can really feel the presense of ghosts there. It is one the most haunted houses around.

He wasn’t 20 when ANS kicked him out of the house. Also, once he was an adult (18) he could have arranged to go visit his grandmother at any time, he did not. If they were so “close” I find that very strange.

Amber Alert Issued for 4 Year Old Pennsylvania Girl Posted: Monday April 16, 2007: 3

The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Pennsylvania State Police, Embreeville Station, Chester County. The child was abducted from Coatesville, Pennsylvania.

Alexis Roadside, a 4 year old white female child, approximately 3 feet tall and thirty five pounds. Her hair was recently cropped and dyed black.

She was reported abducted by Veronica Roadside, a 41 year old white female with blonde hair, approximately five feet tall and 100 lbs.

The vehicle used in the abduction is described as a 1993 white Buick sedan bearing Pennsylvania Registration GKK-4359.

Anyone with information should call 911.

The facts in the deaths of Daniel and ANS implicate HKS. Whatever ones feelings about Virgie, this should have nothing to do with recognizing that HKS exhibits the symptoms of a sociopath. Sociopaths are not like the rest of us. They lack a conscience, and they can be cunning, devious, and slick liars. the only way to relate to them is to avoid them because they spell trouble for whoever crosses their path.

in california, Opri is known as the ‘erin brokovich’ of children - she doesn’t normally drop out in the middle of a case - at least, she’s never done it before now - and even then, until Apr 23rd when another attny is supposedly to be substituted in formally, she’s still under AC privilege limitations which is why she can’t discuss her bill.

Opri’s sued the CPS several times and is currently on a highprofile case centered out of San Diego

“No matter what differences Anna Nicole Smith may have had with her mother Virgey Arthur , I find it utterly despicable that Howard K. Stern is blocking access to Dannielynn after Virgey traveled thousands of miles to the Bahamas. A grandmother has a right to check on the welfare of her granddaughter, especially after the death of her daughter and grandson under suspicious circumstances. This is basic human respect we are talking about here!” stated Birkhead attorney Debra Opri upon hearing Howard K. Stern’s statement “ As long as I have a breath in my body, that woman will not see Dannielynn. She can’t take my baby. This is the only piece of Anna I have left .”

Birkhead Close to Taking Baby ‘Home’

HOLLYWOOD - Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead has edged ever nearer to starting a new life with his baby daughter after a custody hearing in the Bahamas yesterday.

The full details of what was determined behind the courthouse’s closed doors have not been revealed, but Birkhead seemed thrilled with the outcome.

He beamed, “I’m going to be making some travel arrangements pretty soon, so everything’s good for me.

“On my behalf, everything went well and I’m moving towards starting a life with my daughter out of the Bahamas.”

There will be a further hearing next week, where Birkhead and his baby’s travel plans will be determined.

Birkhead seems confident

The court battle for guardianship of Anna Nicole Smith’s seven-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, is ongoing and will continue on until Wednesday, The Guardian has learned.

It’s been almost two weeks since Larry Birkhead was proven to be the father of Dannielynn. However he is still embroiled in custody proceedings, but not with Dannielynn’s former guardian, Howard K. Stern, but Dannielynn’s grandmother, Virgie Arthur.

The legal counsels for all the concerned parties are expected to return to court on Wednesday at 2:30 pm.

But judging on Birkhead’s big smile as he exited the Supreme Court Friday, the legal discussions may soon be drawing to an end and he should walk away full custody of his daughter.

“I gotta call my travel agent,”he said.

Birkhead was followed shortly by Stern who hinted that Arthur may a reason for the delay in Birkhead receiving full custody of the baby claiming that “she proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me.”

Arthur is trying to ensure that she is granted Dannielynn’s legal guardian in the event that Birkhead dies, as well as guarantee that she has set visitations once he takes full custody of the baby. Dannielynn has been living with Mr. Stern and her mother, before her death, in the Horizons home on the Eastern Road since her birth.

On April 10 a month long battle between Birkhead and Stern over who was Dannielynn’s birth father came to an end when Larry Birkhead, his hands held high in the air and a brilliant smile on his face, exited the Supreme court and announced “I told you so, I’m the father”.

His declaration, to cheers of congratulations, brought an end to weeks of court proceedings to determine who fathered the late Playboy playmate’s seven-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.

“Larry was determined to be the biological father,” said Dr. Michael Baird, the DNA expert who analyzed the DNA samples of both Birkhead and Dannielynn and concluded that the results were a 99.99 percent match.

Howard K Stern, Smith’s companion at the time of her death and the man listed as the father on Dannielynn’s birth certificate, told a group of journalists standing outside the courthouse that he would not fight Birkhead for custody.

“I am obviously very disappointed, but my feelings for Dannielynn have not changed,” Stern said. “I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead on custody. We’re going to do what we can to make sure that the best interests of Dannielynn are carried out and I’m going to do whatever I can to make sure he gets sole custody.”

I think you’re unintentionally stretching it to call Eroshevich ‘straight’ as well. Did you ever see a picture of her ‘lovely’ husband or ex-husband, Wes? He looks like he would appeal to HKS or to ANS. I think it’s called “metrosexual.”

And another thought, I’m not so sure KE was set up. IMO she went looking for it. What doctor abandons their profession or practice to go “babysit” one incredibly horrible situation - Howie + ANS + drugs + a new baby. What a set up for a diasaster. If I go and camp out on the freeway one night and get nailed by the traffic the next morning, was I set up?

It would make me smile to think, that what Anna told Howard about her mother was, if you hurt me, my momma's gonna be on you like white on rice, she'll be on you like a tic on a dog, and she's gonna track you down to the ends of the earth just to skin you alive and feed you to the crows You and anyone who helped you. I know I would for my daughter ;-) why hasn't the bahamas hit stern with a gag order violation?

rofl - yup Dr. Khrisvorkian might be in that ‘other’ category lol

what i meant by set-up in relation to her is, howie has already set the stage for it - he doesn’t know about medications, he only handed anna a cup that Khris filled, he trusted Khris to monitor, he’s not a doctor, etc etc - rewriting history is his specialty i’m realizing. I think just about everyone surrounding this saga was into pharms. Robaxin was what Khris’s hubby had his license pulled for, and, glory be, it was on Anna’s list too - and an incredible quantity of drugs went thru not only the horizons house, but the studio city house too. Far to many for only one person to consume IMO

Uhmm like the autopsy? Uhm and letting HKS continue to have control of DL and act as her caretaker when he’s clearly lied to them on so many things, some of which must have been court documents. Uh and uh, letting methadone be found mysteriously in ANS’s hospital room when her son turned up dead and not finding out how the methadone tabs got there or who provided it or who on the Doctor’s hospital staff was supposed to be keeping track of ANS’s meds so stray, unauthorized pills or liquids weren’t in her room? Uhm and why so many misspellings of the important Bahamian docs on the autopsy report?
