That’s my vote as well, and the absolute best choice for all concerned!! But if that does not happen for some reason, I would still rather have Virgie in that position, than HKS...bc I don’t believe HKS has any right to profit from ANS any longer...and bc I think it’s ‘criminal’ that he may be using money that should be going to DL to pay his attorneys! For libel/slander suits and to STALL the Inquest into Daniel’s death!

You are right about the 6 month trial in Texas and that the will was upheld...however, it was the Federal Court that forced Pierce and Co. to produce millions of pages of documents including some that would be considered attorney client privelege that PROVED that they had done EXACTLY what they had been accused of!
It doesn’t matter what Pierce’s witnesses said in Texas...forensic experts and their own documents proved that Pierce and Company were thieves and liars and should have gone to jail for their actions.
It would be, but it’s kind of close quarters to have everyone on top of each other trying to tend to the baby ... there at the “safehouse,” you know.

I would certainly want an investigation. That’s coming. In fact, I hope they reopen the case in Florida. I really think they, including KE and HKS should be charged with criminal neligence.
Virgie wants custody/guardianship of Dannielynn and executor of Anna’s estate? That sounds like $$$$ to me, and it has nothing to do with an investigation of two deaths.
IMO, VIRGIE is holding it up (and I applaud her for doing so!!) in the Bahamas Custody Case! If Virgie would just GO BACK TO TEXAS as some wish she would, HKS could give Ron Rales the OK to start proceedings in the CA Probate Court regarding the 2001 will!

There are good, innocent reasons why staple holes don’t line up. There are also good, innocent reasons why extreme measures have to be taken to guard someone’s privacy who was a very private individual.
When you have a team with someone like HKS on it, who will steal confidential information from right off counsel’s table, extreme measures are called for.
But you wouldn’t fight that “companion” as executor of her estate? I don’t think you are being realistic.

It’s spooky and gives me the heebie-jeebies for Dannielynn every time they say it. Especially after they filmed that first segment in the dark, with no lights, just a night spot indoors - woooowwwooooowwowoooowowooo.

I forgot that. I cracked up when she said that! I would have loved to see the people in the courtroom looking at each other! It was probably hard not to lol.
