I was critical of HK$ complaining about Virgie’s delaying tactics. He said she was just as Anna had described her and he is right. She has no reason to fight for Dannielyn. As Howard says, Larry should have full custody.

A point to ponder... HK$ and the truth have been at odds more than once in the recent past. There's also the gag order behind which he can hide. He can walk out of that courthouse and say, basically, anything he wants and who's going to dispute it?

What to do? I’m coming to the conclusion that I don’t really like anyone in this Anna caused tragedy....except Dannilynn. I pray that Larry is just being a good actor til he gets DL out of Goats cloven hooves. A really, really good Oscar performance actor...

What about this; O’Quinn and Virgie have reason to believe that Anna’s money has been siphoned off and laundered by the goatpack. Maybe Larry wants this over so bad that he’s cut a deal to keep his mouth shut about the zero inheritance to Dannielynn, just to get her away from HKS?

If Virgie were to get any legal footing regarding her grandbaby, she would then have a legal right to demand an accounting of all money belonging to Anna’s estate. It would go a long way to explain HKS’s implacable hatred towards Virgie, and Virgie hanging in there like a pitbull. Larry does himself no favors by appearing to be chummy with goat boy, either.

Does that make any sense?

While I can see other explanations also, you make a lot of sense.

HKS keeps attacking Virgie even though there is a gag order. He is lacking in class and he only keeps making himself more despicable every day. With people such as HKS with his raging demented hatred and Bonnie "Over My Dead Body" Stern running free, the social services should step in and removed the baby. They should learn something from Virginia Tech.

I’m starting to wonder if the Bahamas even has a Social Services. That baby should have been removed immediately from Horizons after Anna’s death, and held until custody was ironed out. Of course we all know many palms have been greased over there.

The fact that HKS is involved in these discussions and that he again attacks VA, makes me think she is fighting to keep DL or her inheritance from his clutches and maybe to be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit.

HKS is the one who has prevented VA from seeing DL, he is the one who says bad things about her, and his sister made the telling comment "over our dead body." This freeloader is nothing as far as DL is concerned and should not be involved in these hearings.

I was surprised to see Debra Opri at LB's side.
