I’d write about cat crackers, then realize I needed to explain what *those* are - and then *why* they are important - and then *who* was instrumental in developing the industry in the US - and then *why* that pertained to Anna Nicole - and then *why* JHMII was so indebted to him ... on and on ... you see.
PS - There were typos in my post - the part you copied - it *should* read “ANS and JHMIII against the estate of JHMII.”
I was so used to writing HKS that I messed up JHMIII, then got dyslexic with the second JHM, lol.

Me too, Liz!!! Virgie appears to be out there all alone fighting for her daughter and her grandson. HKS is even a lower snake than I originally thought, for filing suit against Virgie and or her attorney. I hope he lives to regret it.

It think it was listed as “Barnett” or “Burnett” or something. I had to do some sleuthing on it for the Case Name List.
He is a former ob-gyn who then got his certification in psychiatry - but he’s more often listed as a psychologist, for some reason. He is on the staff of Sandilands Rehab Centre and consulting to Dr’s Hospital.
He had been an Olympic hero in The Bahamas, on the 1968 and 1972 track teams to Mexico City and Munich, and he holds an all-time record at USC in his triple-jump specialty - he’s 5th in the Pac-10 record books.

Dr. Burnett is a woman. The only Dr. Burnett in the Bahamas is Dr. Caroline Hermine Burnett-Garraway.

The autposy report interview by Dr. Perper said Dr. Timothy Baretts which is really Dr. Timothy Barrett and I do not see him on the witness list. Am I missing something here?
I already posted all of that info about Dr. Barrett earlier. I am just trying to find out why he is not on the witness list if he was the treating psychiatrist for ANS after the death of Daniel (per Perper’s autposy report interview list)
The witness list I saw said a Dr. Burnett.

If I just had all my petroleum history and reference books here (they’re in storage), then I’d know whether or not I even have “Done in Oil,” JHMII’s autobiography.
I don’t think I do, as he wasn’t important to me in any way, or to my business - but I have hundreds of bios, especially of locals, and may have picked it up somewhere.
If I did have it in my hot little hands, I could find out whether or not he really did make remarks to others about throwing in with the man who built one of the largest companies in the world from his design of a “cracker.”

The name on Dr. Perper’s autopsy interview list said Dr. TIMOTHY Baretts which I believe is spelled incorrectly. I believe TIMOTHY is a male name. I was not confused on that issue. LOL
Dr. Burnett is a woman...first name Caroline.
I do not see a Dr. Barrett on the inquest list. However, I do see a Dr. Burnett which I do not believe is the same person Dr. Perper is referring to.
Why wouldn’t the the shrink in The Bahamas that Perper talked to also be the doctor on the inquest list? There are tons of misspellings on the witness list.
There seems to be plenty of reasons to feel that way. I'm trying to sort through and understand all that I'm reading, and I've about come to the conclusion it really doesn't make any difference until we have substantiated facts rather than comments from the rumor mills. All I really know for sure is: 1) I want Larry to have custody of Dannielynn. 2) I want Virgie to have visitation rights. 3) I don't want HKS allowed anywhere near the baby, and I want him punished for aiding and abetting ANS with her drug addiction, for having the drugs available that caused ANS and Daniel's deaths, and for all the lies and hurt he and ANS have heaped on other people.
