I’m disappointed that wrath is being thrown the way of LB and Vergie. (who BTW would die before she gets any money, she has not seemed to live her life off others, nor has LB, unlike HKS)

HKS is the enemy, and whomever manages to wrestle him out of Anna’s money or baby’s possible estate, or gets him to pay somehow for his negligence with Anna and Daniel, should be cheered!

Well, at the cost of starting all the fighting up again, I see this as an excuse for Virgie to control that child and one half her estate until she is 18 or until Virgie dies.

The baby, herself, is likely to have plenty of money, so filing a wrongful death, even in the name of Dannielynn, is only going to benefit Virgie.

IF anyone wants to exact revenge (against HKS) then the best chance to accomplish that end result -- to see him in jail -- isn't going to be accomplished by a wrongful death suit in Florida, however but through the inquest.

The inquest, if it shows him responsible for Daniel, will potentially lead to the preferred result (if money is not a motivation that is) and Perper said if something came out in the Inquest that he might want to re-visit the Florida death.

If you read the Florida law it also discusses probate and where a death is probated as a determining factor to bring a WD suit...

Florida has very high hurdles to get past even if she did have say over DL.

The purpose of a wrongful death suit, in the absence of a murder charge being brought by the Seminoles or State of Florida - is the only way to get Stern under oath.

If he is found to have committed any criminal act during a civil suit - perhaps the justice system will take note and charge him with negligence or manslaughter or murder.

I do not believe that is considered double jeopardy.

To be fair to Stern he did help to kill Anna slowly, unlike OJ. And all the while he was claiming to love her, take care of her, and prostituting her at the same time.

They will get him under oath, now, because of the suits he brought against OQ and Virgie -- unless they settle out of court (which I doubt) so Virgie will still get her day in court by pulling depositions on HKS. She doesn't need any custody of Dannielynn for that...

If they can pull pertient info in depositions they could turn that over to the Seminole or the FBI if the Seminole refuse to take notice.

In my mind to get to where many of us here want to go Dannielynn isn't part of the equation...from the beginning my #1 concern has been that baby getting with her father and exacting justice from HKS #2. NOW all we need is Stern to go after Fox News/Greta. I don't believe Greta would settle out of court.

No matter what anyone does, the odds of getting him him Florida are pretty slim. The odds of getting KE in California's Medical License board is pretty good and the odds of getting HKS in Bahamas for Daniel are about 60/40 -- which is why IMO he is doing everything possible to push back that inquest.
