That’s why I posted a Gerber baby logo much earlier. I have to say, today in some video footage of Larry and Dannielynn, mostly the extreme close-up with Larry kissing her baby fingers, with his shirt off, was the first time I’ve seen any of Anna Nicole on Dannielynn’s face.

Yep, it’s there. Just took me longer to see it than most!

Based on some good Florida research (ANS died in Florida) by Lizarde -As I understand it: the suit must be filed by any surviving child. If there is no surviving child, then a parent or sibling may file. The plaintiff has to prove financial loss as a result of the death...because the claim is primarily for remuneration - as well as pain and suffering. Custody is not necessary, but guardianship is vital in order for Virgie to file on behalf of Dannielynn.

If I am wrong in my interpretation - I am sure someone with legal expertise will jump in.

This paragraph is a tough hurdle for Virgie to get past in Florida (IMO):

Fourth, the nature of the relationship between the deceased and the survivor, in all of its relevant aspects, must be fully developed and presented. Sometimes the relationship is almost storybook perfect and sometimes it is quite different. In either event, it needs to be understood and documented in order to support the individual claim of the survivor.

It’s also odd that the nurses and others at the hospital didn’t see Daniel leave with Howard - they only saw Howard.

I think, for whatever reason, it was Howard who told Anna that Daniel had gone with him, when she didn’t remember “details” of that night, post-trauma.

That way, whatever happened to Daniel “could’ve” happened when Daniel “left the room/hospital” and the cause of death wouldn’t be confined to just the contents of the room, if you see what I mean.

That is exactly the point we (who support Virgie’s efforts)have been making. She can (possibly)only file a wrongful death claim against KE & HK$ as the representative/guardian of the surviving child of ANS.

A part of her suit should/could include a reference to Daniel pre-deceasing ANS by 5 months and file a concomitant claim on behalf of his estate.
