I read some other cases in Florida and it appears to be a very difficult state to prevail in a wrongful death claim and in this case they would examine Virgie and ANS relationship and take it into consideration... the best bet is to get HKS in the Bahamas at the inquest.
I have not missed anything... I just have not been posting regularly. Blueplum is a troll IMO, they stayed on top of the fence for a while but now they are on the full let’s bash the hell out of Larry side of the fence. Many of their comments are flat out wrong and are uncalled for. (sorry you know me I speak my mind and I just think this person has a motive.)

My sister and her children are doing as best as can be expected. We buried my BIL in the STL area this last Saturday. It was completely heartbreaking.
She and her 2 children flew home on Sunday and on Monday night some one broke out the side window of her SUV while it sat in her driveway and they ripped off the GPS system out of it. That was the last thing her husband had given her as a gift for their wedding anniversary in Feb. Oh course it was just a material thing but the whole idea is she lives in very nice neighborhood and it made her feel VERY uneasy and unsafe. (She took it as a sign to start taking extra precautions now that she is home alone with her children) The garage door opener was in her SUV and luckly the alarm on the SUV went off after they broke out the side window and opened the SUV door so they reach the GPS system. The alarm on the SUV is what scared the perp off. She plans to clean out the garage so she can put her SUV in there now.
She also had the full alarm system reconnected to the house.

She lied about money made at Daniel's grave side pics! She admitted her sister-in-law made money but didn't think it was necessary to ask her about it or suggest it was wrong.
Look, I don't hate Virgie. I am sympathetic with her as a mother and grandmother. But, she needs to let Larry be the father that he has fought hard to be and let him get DL out of HKS's hands ASAP!

Virgie did get flustered and came off bad. She said she didn’t receive money...then said it was from a friend..then after a break she conceded that this friend worked for Splashnews. She’s testified before and her lawyers if they knew she got paid by Splash were negligent and should have prepared her for the questioning. When questioned by Seidlin she was very eloquent and calm and the first bit of tough questioning she cracked. And she did perjure herself when you REALLY think about it and just stick to what was said. She said her “friends” collected money to help pay. Didn’t Barfy Barf ask her if she received money from the press? And if memory serves me correctly she said no. I said in the original thread as it was happening that she just needed to admit and go from there. IShe did make money off of Anna’s name and notoriety..as did Stern as did Larry. It’s not like Splash contacted her for any other reason than who she was. That being said....I’m not against Virgie. I’m not dogging her out like others for silly stupid reasons. (not on this board but TMZ) Calling her white trash and fat. That is uncalled for and speaks to the mentality of the posters over there.
Yes...with wall to wall coverage from the start I knew it was going to be a zoo. But I was surprised that Korda turned out to be the toker and not Seidlin.

I agree with you. Heck, I didn’t even take any naked baby pictures of my kids nor allow it to be done. My sister in law had her girls’ pics taken naked sitting in a bucket of water. I found it distasteful.
I’m so sorry to hear things keep piling up on your sister. This is a terrible time for your family. I have missed you here on FR.
LOL! No, I can’t prove that J. Howard Marshall was completely straight either! LOL...he did seem to have an affinity for big breasts, but he probably could have been fooled (or even happy with) a transvestite! Some of them are very attractive and real looking! LOL..BTW, I’m kidding as well...and mean no offense to J. Howard Marshall’s family or anyone else involved in this mess. It’s just like some kind of BIZZARO world to me!

Is it necessary for Virgie to have custody of partial custody of Dannielynn in order to bring a wrongful death claim against HKS?

That’s what I think, too. Nothing that has happened this week matters - all that’s important is what’s decided on Friday, April 20.
