Not in a way he can take Dannielynn anywhere or do anything to/with her. He ceded defeat the day the DNA results were given. I’d say it’s the court who has control of DL at this point. He can’t keep Larry or his family away from DL nor does he obviously want to. From reports, Larry has been with DL the majority of the time and has free reign to be there 24/7 if he wishes. If I’m missing something, can you clarify it for me? I thought we’re just waiting for the formality of the court to occur. Until we know more Friday, it seems Virgie has been the one holding up transfer of custody.
Yes, I’d agree with that if I thought the background of events and intertwined personal issues over a period of a couple of years was a simple one. As I said in a post a while ago, I personally don’t think any one of them were 100% certain DL was Larry’s, even though they each suspected so. No way was Anna ever going to allow Larry full custody of DL when she was alive, and of course Howard supported her fully in that. Each one of them, including Larry, made a number of mistakes and miscalculations all along the way. Each one of them let emotions take over common sense at times, and the right things were not done early on. By anyone involved.
They made statements that there was no way Larry could be the baby. (HK$ even did so recently) That was a LIE. He knew it was possible that LB could be the father. Pure EVIL.

Question for discussion/thoughts: The nannies, or at least one of them, said that Daniel went out for a ride with Howard at some point after Daniel arrived at Anna’s hospital room. They said they knew that because Anna had told her/them, at the house, after Daniel died.
If Anna did lose her memory of that night and the morning Daniel died, as she herself said in an interview and it’s reported she said the same to the police, how could Anna have told a nanny what happened if she had no memory of it?
I know some of you will say that Anna was lying about her memory loss, but I’m taking it at face value, as she did suffer tremendous trauma when Daniel died, and I read somewhere that doctors have said sedation with certain drugs, such as Versed, can cause memory loss in these situations. I have no reason not to believe that doctors present deemed it necessary to sedate Anna right away, or that she was sedated thus simply because Howard may have told the doctors to do so. I believe the doctors present made the determination. These are things I want to hear about at the inquest, among many others.

Dear Lord, I hope not!(sound like Dr. E) Tell me specifically how HS is in full control of DL, especially with Larry and Mrs. Gibson there. I’m viewing HKS being with DL in the same house as a technicality at this point, until the situation, as you said, is rectified by the court. (please don’t say HKS can drug/overdose the baby, as that “ain’t gonna happen”.) Give me one or two specifics as to how Howard has control right now.

It’s remarkable how vicious ANS became while she cohabited with HK$.
She conceived LB’s child and chucked him overboard.
She supposedly adored Daniel and he dies at age 20.
She supposedly wanted Dannielynn but would not detox while pregnant.
She cut off all contact with Virgie and other family members who were never on her payroll, but who could have provided emotional support to her children.
Who was ANS and why did LB get her pregnant? Did he really know her? Does he really know HK$? Is LB mature enough and does he have sufficient strength of character to get away from HK$’ clutches and raise DL?
Inquiring minds are getting really tired.

It is very disturbing that LB wanted her to be pregnant. There must be more to ANS that we know, but nothing I have seen. I do admire how hard he has fought to prove his paternity, but that could all be wiped away if the other rumor is true about the other baby claim and him refusing to DNA test for that. That is, if he at anyway possible could be the father of that child.
It seems to me that bi-sexuality causes more dysfunctional relationships than homosexuality.

Anna lied and embellished, as addicts do. She didn’t want Larry to be in her life, and it was wrong of her to intend to keep him completely out of DL’s life. It was wrong of Larry to say and do some of the things he did to Anna just after Daniel died, and it appears he did things prior that really ticked Anna off,too. It appears Anna certainly thought GBT was the father at one point, and perhaps even continued to think so and didn’t quite believe his vasectomy story. From working timelines, I myself even thought there was a chance HKS could be the father, and I have no factual knowledge that tells me HKS never slept with ANS. Pure evil is the VTech killings, Columbine, and 9/11. It would be pure evil if HKS is found to have intentionally murdered Daniel.
Have you ever lied to protect someone or something that was important to you? As misguided as it would have been, if Howard lied to protect Anna or her wishes, I just don’t consider that pure evil if that, indeed, occurred. Wrong, yes. Remember, Howard did say Anna and he thought Larry was the father early in the pregnancy, but said he changed his mind after more was known about the possible times of conception.
Step out of your fantasy land. ANS and HK$ made LB get in debt to the tune of at least $620,000 (probably much more) wasting time that he needed to be working. They moved to the Bahamas to make it even harder.
Protect from who? ANS was a full blown drug addict! With drugs prescibed to non other than HK$! He even picked them up and delivered them to ANS FGS! Dannielynn is the one that needs and needed protection. LB knew that. They both knew full well that LB had a very good chance of being the father. he had every right to demand a DNA test.
What was the name of the “high powered” PI that Stern hired? Didn't he say something along the lines that he was going to make a lot of people unhappy? I think it was in a response to a question from Geraldo's brother.
I tend to think each one of them, HKS, LB and VA has enough on each other to draw them all to a standstill, lol! Can you imagine behind the scenes: HKS says to LB,” I know what you did that night at such and such a place, and I’ll tell.” LB says to HKS,” Well, I know what YOU did that day at such and such a place, and I’ll tell.” VA says to both: “ O’Quinn’s PI dug up THIS about you both!” HKS and LB say to VA,” We know what Anna said about you and we can prove it!” Can you really say anybody here has the upper hand?
That said, yes, I want to know how Daniel got the meds that caused his death!

I agree - why would Anna want to marry some poor boy from the sticks with no hollywood 'status'? she needed a sugar daddy not a gardener. Larry personally called G.Ben and asked him if he got Anna preggers, Why? the test was negative, right? ...
and why would Larry lie about saying that Anna asked him to marry her 'a lot' and his using the phrase 'absolutely not!'? (I thought getting married because you're pregnant is a RIGHT reason, so the child will have a last name; poor little Dannielynn is a Hogan or Marshall or Smith,not a Birkhead!)
Larry told Seidlin he hadn't made any money off Anna other than her 'exclusive' photos - but - he neglected to tell Seidlin he inked a deal when Dannielynn was a 6-mo old fetus !! and inked more deals the week of Anna's funeral! did he lie to Seidlin?
Larry and Moe should to get together. Maybe they can come up with at least ONE straight story between them, ya think?
