The first photos have surfaced showing proud papa Larry Birkhead with his and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn. OK! has the exclusive shots and an interview with the L.A. based photographer, who last week was determined to be the biological father of the 7-month-old. Perhaps, you heard?! In the mag, Birkhead reveals that just three days before Dannielynn's birth, Anna sent him an e-mail saying, "Don't fall in love again, I'd be a bit jealous." Interestingly, Birkhead states that contrary to what people may think, Anna's alleged lover, Howard K. Stern, has been "a great help" with baby D, but adds, "Howard did things for Anna that no one wanted to. I actually feel sorry for Howard." As far as Anna's mother is concerned, Larry says Virgie's not his enemy. "If she wants to be a grandmother, she can be a grandmother, my mom wants to be a grandmother too, but I'm not going to sign a paper saying so, it's just not right." Read between the lines, please! A custody hearing for Dannielynn is scheduled for Friday in the Bahamas. As for the photos, all proceeds from their sale will be put into a trust for Dannielynn.

This is not shocking at all!

Former male model Kerrick Ross is speaking out to The National Enquirer about his torrid homosexual affair with Larry Birkhead.

And it wouldn’t surprise us if he’s the first of many men to start coming forward!

Larry Birkhead met Anna Nicole Smith in his native Kentucky a few years ago and he clung on to her coattails all the way to D-list Hollywood.

But before he sperminated the former Playboy Playmate, Birkhead was giving head to Kerrick Ross.

“America doesn’t know the whole story about Larry Birkhead,” Kerrick, who’s 38 and lives in Louisville, Ky., tells The Enquirer. “He apparently had sex with Anna Nicole and fathered her baby, but there is no question: He also had sex with me!”

The two met at a cocktail party in Louisville around mid-2000 when Birkhead was a struggling real estate agent and writer, angling for a show business career in Hollywood.
“We were together for about two months and had sex eight to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me.”

But Birkhead insisted on keeping their romance a secret. “I had been ‘out’ for a long time, but Larry was not out of the closet - and he was terrified about his family, who were devout Southern Baptists, finding out he was having a gay relationship,” revealed Kerrick.

“He was especially afraid of his father finding out. He said, ‘If my Dad knew about this, he would kill me!’

Birkhead’s lawyers deny that he had a gay relationship with Kerrick, but Kerrick passed a rigorous polygraph test administered by a top-notch examiner.

And Kerrick says Larry didn’t consider himself gay. “He was more comfortable saying he was bi-sexual,” Kerrick told The Enquirer “I never knew him to go out with women when we were together, but I found out after we broke up that he had been seeing women.” While Kerrick says Birkhead was inexperienced at gay sex, he found out later that he’d stolen Larry from another man!

The new issue of The National Enquirer has more details about Larry’s other relationship plus an independent eyewitness account of Kerrick’s relationship with Larry.

It takes a special kind of man to pull of those highlights in his hair, and Larry does it quite well. But it takes more than metrosexuality to make one gay.

If Virgie does not get guardianship she will not be able to file for Anna’s wrongful death - on behalf of DL..and I doubt that Larry will have the time, money or inclination to do so (seeing as how HK$ is doing a number on him during the ‘transition’).

The only other person who could file a wrongful death would be Daniel’s father Billy Smith - and he may also not have the resources to do so.

If you believe the tabloids, Larry Birkhead is a deadbeat, IRS-defrauding, shoplifting, child-abandoning, secretly gay man who parties ‘til the wee hours of the morning with beautiful women, impregnating some of them. A slew of tabloid stories have been adorning supermarket checkout lines this week, and we’ve learned Birkhead has had enough.

TMZ has confirmed that Birkhead hired ferocious celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to sue some of the tabs for defamation of character.

We’re told Birkhead has told Singer that a few tabs have lashed out at him because he sealed a deal with OK! magazine to publish the first pics of daddy with Dannielynn. OK! paid dearly for those pics and the money is going into a trust account for the baby.

Boy, the **** is hitting the fan isn’t it?
