I wonder how many “lessons” HKS had to be given over the last few weeks so that he could ‘show’ Larry how to feed DL???!! What a joke! I would bet the whole Marshall fortune that HKS NEVER fed, bathed, or changed DL unless ET was filming it!! And, I guarantee he had to have someone show him how to do it before the cameras rolled!! He is not exactly DADDY material. He even stated himself that he loved Daniel ‘like a brother’ and they played video games together, etc. Why didn’t he love him ‘like a father’? He was old enough to play a ‘father-figure’ or strong male influence in Daniel’s life!! Yeah, he was definitely OLD enough, but he was MOST DEFINITELY NOT MAN ENOUGH!

there are two photos of that night I find very telling - one is, after the 'sippy cup' photo, Stern leans over for a smooch, and Anna puts both arms out, (defensive motion)palms out, waving him away and is leaning away from him. The second one, taken in front of a gold-beaded curtain, is of Anna, who's removed her sunglasses and has one earpiece on her lip in what would normally be a "coy" 3/4's pose, except, her eyes and face look like she was hit by a mack truck and then a brick wall! Had I seen her in that condition personally, I would have been looking for a culprit, toot-sweet, for alleged battery, and gotten her to a hospital stat. She was literally death walking.
I find it hard to believe, nobody got involved at that point. Didn't we have an Anna email that accused Larry of being at the casino? I guess Paparazzi had been so conditioned at that point to seeing a bombed Anna they just clicked away. I personally think her removing her sunglasses was a last call for help. As if she was saying, 'this is what i LOOK like - why won't anyone do anything!? Is this what you WANT?!"
It's such a sad picture it really breaks my heart. ***********************************

TMZ is reporting that Howard K. Stern is the one who supplied Daniel Smith with methadone! After Daniel died, he flushed the rest of the drug down the toilet.

Pry man Knowles has been sailing with Gibson for over four years and gave his impression of Smith.
“When I went on the boat she was playing with her baby and I asked her the baby’s name. Then she introduced herself and we talked for a short while. She was a very nice person and seemed to enjoy herself sailing with the women on the upper deck. Anna was cheering on the team but I don’t think she knew who was leading at the time. But then she got sea sick and went to lie down in the cabin with Howard and the baby,” said Knowles.
Meanwhile jib man Adderley noted, “It was big surprise to hear of her passing because I had just met her a week before. At the regatta she was cheering the team on and seemed very vibrant. She was a part of the team and I don’t have any problem sailing in her memory.”
.......Adderley’s little brother Denoy, a novice sailor and SC McPherson ninth-grader kept Smith’s company part of the time on the yacht while Devon was sailing and said, “She was a very nice person and she let me play with the baby.”
According to Neven, (who told US based news media MSNBC that she found the celebrity unresponsive in her Hard Rock Hotel room on February , Smith seemed relaxed and enjoyed her sloop-sailing experience at the All For One Regatta. Neven says she considered Smith her adoptive daughter.

I agree! Not to mention NOW there is the rumor about Larry partying it up with different women...BEFORE and AFTER his courthouse appearances! I’ll have to see pictures to believe that. Larry has been VERY careful for MONTHS not to project any semblance or impropriety, so it seems odd that he would all of a sudden GO CRAZY while in the Bahamas fighting for custody!! Doesn’t make sense to me! What does make sense is that all of the ‘leaks’ and ‘rumors’ we’ve heard over the last few days only benefit ONE person....HKS! I’m not ready to buy this HKS SPIN until I see proof!
Also, I seriously hope that O’Quinn is willing and ready to go head-to-head in a FL courtroom with HKS and Lin Wood...I, for one, will wait in line to buy a ticket to that show! And lastly, I am praying that O’Quinn’s trip to the Bahamas included a lengthy ‘sit-down’ conversation with both of the Nannies who gave the interview on Controversy TV. I HAVE to believe that some of these high powered lawyers have at least as much sense and we Freepers do!! Although I’ve been disappointed before, as I’m sure we all have, when the talking heads (Greta, Nancy, et al.) seem to completely leave out an important fact or question on their shows!! That drives me crazy...I start screaming at the TV...”WHY didn’t you ask this? or that?”.. For instance, why doesn’t anyone ask Wecht WHY he would care if Daniel’s body was exhumed??” Doesn’t Wecht stand behind his work? If he knows his report on Daniel’s death is beyond reproach, he should be welcoming anyone to exhume Daniel’s body and try to prove him wrong! Then, he could SUE them for trying to damage his reputation! Hell, he and HKS could probably get a 2 for 1 deal on Lin Woods!!
i said a few thousand posts ago, that it would come out that Anna had a boyfriend that beat on Virgie pretty bad, and nobody commented on it - sad/glad to see it's making the news again. Maybe some of the virgie-haters will stop to think in their haste to condemn her as a 'bad mother'. (present company excluded, of course !)(smile)

It is curious.
If Virgie had plied her daughter and grandson with drugs for 12 years and facilitated a lethal dose (with 11 RXs in her name) just before each death, she would be in jail awaiting trial for murder.
What am I missing here?
