There are only four or five of the individuals listed who would testify about the accusation ANS is said to have made against HKS. Ray Martino, G. Ben Thompson, the two Shelleys and the nanny. Did they hear it? Would they be called liars?

I have a question OFF this topic for all you moms out there.

Son is 13, in 7th grade. Will be taking achievement tests this month. Over Easter break they came home with 2 “sample” tests, one for reading and one for math. They were given 10 days to complete. They will not be graded but if turned in completed worth 100 points each. Have been after son all week to do a bit at a time and have filled hubby in and he really didnt help push the idea of spreading out the work and said..WELL, he'll be in his room all day Sunday. WELL, he finally got on them today. Was talking with hubby about the whole thing and he thinks giving them these “practice” tests was unfair and a waste of time, the tests don't show what the kid knows, only how well the teacher taught them? I’m ready to blow my top.
You all seem like an intelligent bunch of people, any advice?!?!

You’re exactly right and they should have done it the same day she died. You get more scrutiny when adopting a dog that these WITNESSES got.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered a paternity test to determine the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s 3-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope, PEOPLE has learned.

The ruling, which was revealed on Thursday, came in a lawsuit filed by freelance photographer Larry Birkhead, who claims that he – and not Smith’s fiancé Howard K. Stern – is the father of the infant.

“If I was on anybody’s Christmas list, they can scratch me off because this is the best Christmas present I could have ever received,” Birkhead told PEOPLE. “I’m one step closer to beginning a relationship with my daughter.”

Smith’s lawyer, Ron Rale, declined to comment on the details of the ruling, but claimed the judge “threw out 80 percent of their case.

“This isn’t nearly the end of the story,” said Rale.

Smith, 39, has been residing with Stern, 38, in the Bahamas, where she gave birth to Dannielynn on Sept. 7. Three days later, her 20-year-old son Daniel died in Smith’s hospital room.

The former Playboy pinup and Stern returned to the U.S. last week for a hearing in San Francisco in her effort to collect an inheritance from her late husband, oilman J. Howard Marshall II. It’s not known whether the baby was with them.

Smith and Stern, who is Smith’s longtime lawyer, exchanged vows in a Sept. 28 commitment ceremony. Stern has claimed to be the girl’s father, which he revealed that month on Larry King Live.

Smith’s ex-flame Birkhead, 33, countered by filing suit demanding that Smith and the child return to the United States to submit to genetic testing.

According to sources, Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider ruled that the parties in the case will have to work out whether the tests will be done in the United States or in the Bahamas.

The whereabouts of Smith and Stern are unclear.

She had until the February date to tell them where the testing would be done!!

HOLLYWOOD - Anna Nicole Smith was hooked on drugs 16 years before her death, according to her half-sister.

Donna Hogan reveals the late Playboy model took drugs Xanax and Vicodin to overcome the crippling pain caused by two breast enhancements.

In her new book, Train Wreck: The Life and Death of Anna Nicole Smith, Hogan says drugs and alcohol were the only form of relief for her sister.

She says, "Due to the extent of the increase in size, the extra weight of her breasts caused her all sorts of pain from her back to her neck to headaches to the pain of that added mass pulling at the tissue and pectoral glands--especially when she was not wearing any kind of support. She had to resort to medication."

The 39-year-old died after being found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida following a drug overdose in February.

I think there was a point where the Ca court accepted the Bahama Birth Certificate and that's probably when Birkhead had to file in the Bahamas.

When we're through in the Bahama Court and the record is corrected, they might still be able to pursue the DNA of Howard himself. It depends how the case is written.

I’ve thought about her hair in terms of drug testing, too. Babies lose their initial lanugo hair, so the longer HKS has her in his possession the less potential for positive drug test results (unless drug ingestion is recent).

I think we'd really have to look at her prior rx history to see if she was preferental to one or two, as opposed to 24 separate ones. Don't forget, she was down to just methadone, according to the Shelleys, when she was in Myrtle Beach - the '24 drugs' at a time apparently came after the birth/death event and the arrival of Eroshevich. (imo the drugs came after Anna repeatedly told Stern to get out, and were probably intentioned to prove to the inquest panel that Anna was the druggie in the picture, so to speak)

I may be wrong, but I think I read that she did this movie MAINLY for Daniel bc he was more comfortable behind the camera, and she wanted to help him ‘learn the ropes’ or something like that. I believe he was an “Associate Producer” of the movie. I may be mistaken, but my take on this movie, was that it was all about Daniel for her (which is why she invested money into it). Also, I do not believe that she ever considered herself an ‘actor’ in the true sense of the word. To me, she seemed to know her limitations as far as acting, and would have been satisfied just being a public figure...as long as that ‘role’ kept her in the public eye! Like I said, I may be mistaken, but from what I’ve read, my take on that movie is that she did it SOLELY for Daniel...for him to get experience in movie-making behind the camera. Everyone can say what they will, and I will agree that she was NO ‘mother of the year’ but I believe she loved Daniel with all her heart and wanted the best for him.

if Feb 3 is correct, late at nite, that might even coorelate with the icebath that Eroshevich said happened before she flew to Hollywood. And it certainly coincides with the claims that Eroshevich and Steines both made that anna was ‘very sick’ in the Bahamas prior to traveling....hmmmm

I'll bet you somebody corroborates her story, because IIRC we believed that the Shelly's might be also saying that Anna had accused HKS.

Big Moe ought to send a big fat thank you to Perper. Moe was originally on the witness list for Seidlin's court, but never got called when Perper's clock ran out. Moe would have perjured himself, big time.

Sounds like the teacher is using the ‘sample tests’ for assessment or familiarity. I would have encouraged my child to complete the exercise.

Hey. Well - the fact is these tests are important for the child and for the teacher/school....whether or not they reflect your son's actual learning.

IMHO - your son should have been working on them as you were encouraging - just like he should work day by day on any assignment instead of doing it at the last minute. But I was also a procrastinator while in school so I understand your son puttin it off. But hubby helping in the encouragement would certainly be nice. Now don't let that cause a problem at your house.....just keep encouraging your son to do his work, day by day not at the last minute.
