I think this was posted previously but, read this. HKS says on LKL he went out for food, but did Daniel go with him? It says on the way *from* the airport, but at 1:15? (it says September 9 but I believe that should be the 10th?)

I assume we’ve speculated that the 30 day “ transitional “ period is so the baby can clear all meds from her system .

See..that goes back to a question I posed earlier. What is going on with the Fraud case? The way I’m reading this situation is that unless fraud is proved as of now Howard continues to be the presumptive father. That’s why I’m wondering if they are just going to let the fraud charge drop and then transiton her to Larry. It seems to me that if fraud was proven then Dannielynn would be given to Larry or Virgie...she would not be allowed to stay a minute longer with Stern because he would not be the presumptive father any more.

and where's Virgie??? well, she all about making sure Stern, THE SELF_PROCLAIMED EXECUTOR, is Out Of The Picture - Completely - Eternally - same as she's been doing for the past 2 months and more. on the surface, publically, what the talking heads say is it may be about what if Birkhead dies or divorces, but the primary, consistent, and underlying current is, and has always been, the complete elimination of Stern as a player - Virgie's smart as a whip - good on her.

I'll say it one more time - I don't know a single mother in the world, who would allow, a person who may be accountable for her daughter's and grandson's death, to be within a thousand miles, of her surviving granddaughter or her estate. (and I wouldn't want one single one of Sterns friends or family around either, well..maybe Trendy!) Virgie is, as usual, the one doing the well-thought-out, strategic, mature, moral, thing - what is BEST for Dannielynn.

HKS cannot turn the baby over to anyone until the court tells him to do so.

he left her with the Gibsons for week-long stretches...and Mrs Gibson continues to care for the child..there's no excuse for Stern to not relinquish that baby now. Stern just wants a court order so he can appeal it.

I’m hoping Erosevich turns on Stern and they both get theirs but I don’t know how these things go...

Or will it be just a slap on the wrist for Eroshevich?

That’s the glue here as far as I’m concerned. HKS=bad news.

The characters vying for Dannielynn will sooner or later reveal what their motivations are. We just know what we’ve seen through the lens of a camera or a media pen. We’re very opinionated people or we wouldn’t be FReepers, so differences are expected and make things interesting.

I guess my readiness to believe Virgie caused this delay (in addition to attorney interviews the other night) is colored by my first impression of her at the body possession hearing. I would never select her as a friend and would have simply died if she were my mother (5 marriages!). I know she’s experienced the worst heartbreak a mother can have and I do understand her wanting a relationship with the last person left having to do with ANS. In that I can feel for her.

CPS - ANYWHERE - is preferable to HKS for DL. As with Virgie, what we ‘know’ about LB is a media concocted image -the good and the bad. If the impression left by LB’s family is accurate, his good rearing will surface and he’ll be a good father. I pray that is the case.

No one knows "REAL TIME" at this point. Everything is "about" or "before" or "after" in Howard's "created" world.

I have yet to hear when KE boarded the plane for Ca on the night before Anna died, the time she called that night and the next morning to "check on Anna". (Note: Moe said she was going back to her Ca practice.

Or when she met with Danny BEFORE he left for the Bahamas OR when she left the Bahamas after the baby was born.

When we are able to put "Real Time" to some of these events, things will become a lot clearer.

The OP questioned why Rale would have been contacting Stern and Anna if Florda. Rales was handling the paternity hearing in California. The court had ordered Anna to present DNA and I think it was due the day after Anna died so they were gearing up for that. That’s why Rales would have been in contact.

I mentioned it earlier that I felt that Virgie should perhaps be given some kind of order of protection when the baby is in her care. I can just see Howard coming to Virgie’s Town when Dannie Lynn is there and bringing the “I Hate Mommy” video to the local TV station. I wouldn’t put anything past Howard.

Interesting ...
They can test the hair and meconium of newborns to detect alcohol and drug use of the mother while pregnant....
I assume that the same tests could be done of any baby.
BTW-Perper took samples of ANS hair, but, never tested them. Said it was none of his business what she did prior to her death and besides, the Seminoles never asked him to test. Amazing lack of curiosity.

I believe that the will that Howard's attorney showed at Seidlin's court in Florida was only a copy of Anna's 2001 will. There was some discussion where the original was and if Howard could get it to the court. Howard just wanted the attorney who wrote the will to be able to call and testify that the copy was accurate, IIRC.

I never heard if the original 2001 will was ever produced to Seidlin's court.

I was pretty sure that the Court accepted the Bahama Birth Certificate as ruling at the time...and the DNA order was not enforceable. I’ll try to find the “Real Time” on that.
