Great post. And what about the Fraud on the Birth Certificate situation. Where does that stand? That actually was supposed to be part of the hearing on Friday. So why haven’t any “sources” leaked information regarding that aspect of the hearing. Gee I wonder why??

Finished boring Sunday lunch - wind is howling -across a sandy field - feels like the desert. Tornado watches in effect until 4:00 p.m. Think it’s precautionary.

I think Larry is wise enough to "say little" and be kind...something that I think is in him.

I too am dismayed by every delay in getting that baby away from HKS and with Larry B for him to take home to the United States to raise free and clear of any and all influence of HKS and his entourage.
And you may be right - re: Virgie being the total cause for the delay and wanting custody and wanting the money.
The jury is still out for me on those Virgie issues as of now. I want to know more. I want to be able to hear from Virgie herself. We have heard from Stern plenty - we have heard from Larry - good - but we have not heard from Virgie herself because of the gag order.

Larry needs to take every precaution - a taste tester for anything he is putting in his mouth....i.e. Chloral hydrate!
He also needs 24/7 body guards as long as he is breathing the same oxygen as HK$.

Virgie does appear to be a hindrance...but we cannot know what is motivating her.
Your opinion is as valid as mine - I just happen to believe Virgie wants to ensure that HK$ is never able to touch her granddaughter’s life in any manner, in the future. She has probably followed a course of action laid out by her attorneys. I admire her self-control and purpose.
I believe her taking freebies in order to travel to Daniel’s grave and Anna’s funeral were unfortunate, but acceptable...I really don’t believe she, personally,wants to pursue the Marshall case...and would only participate for Dannielyn’s financial security. The fall-back anti-Virgie position is always “the money”. But, there is no money. There may never be any money before Virgie leaves this earth.

Reports are certainly not necessarily truthful and, as in politics, reflect bias of the media. Although they cannot state outright what is going on, the comments of LB's attorneys on NG convinced me that Virgie plays a role in this delay. Delay in getting DL out, whatever the cause, is bad.
Speaking of reports, does anyone know the source of the report of LB playing $1500 a hand high-stakes poker in the Bahamas? I've found many of his denials, but can't find the original source. I'm wondering if the 'playboy clubbing' story falls into the same category.
