With ANS’s obsession with being childlike I can easily see her self medicating with a baby bottle full of Chloral Hydrate mixed with the beverage of her choice.

It is a shame that suite was not treated like a crime scene...

The news HKS may not fight custody as reported by TMZ, is not setting well with HKS supporters over at TMZ. I browsed the comments and it’s like a swarm of african bee’s over there.

I’ll go check it out. So thy are in favor of keeping a child from her bilogical dad? Incredible.

Howard Won't Fight for Custody

Just in: Anna Nicole's partner says he wants what's best for Dannielynn.

Sources told ET Sunday that HOWARD K. STERN is more than prepared for whatever Tuesday's DNA paternity results may show, and for the possibility that he could lose custody of baby DANNIELYNN to photographer LARRY BIRKHEAD.

"If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn's biological father, Howard will not challenge custody," our sources say. "His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn's best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

"While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn's biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn."

Sources also tell ET that Howard would do "whatever is necessary" to help Larry keep Anna's estranged mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, from obtaining custody of Dannielynn.

Virgie recently filed papers in the Bahamas hoping to become Dannielynn's guardian ad litem. Her attorney tells ET that Virgie wants to be the court-appointed guardian for the Bahamian proceedings and is also seeking long-term custody. A hearing is set for April 13th regarding this matter.

ET's sources add, "Howard was not part of the paternity lawsuit filed while Anna Nicole was alive. The first person to challenge Howard on custody was Virgie Arthur -- not Larry Birkhead. Howard is dedicated to Virgie Arthur not having custody of Dannielynn. He is well aware of how Anna Nicole felt about 'Mommy Dearest' and Anna's feelings were clear regarding Virgie Arthur being anywhere near Dannielynn.

"Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.

"Howard wants Anna Nicole to be remembered as an icon like MARILYN MONROE, and he knows a lot of damage has been done to her image in the past two months. This restoration of Anna's image is important for Dannielynn and the views she will have of her mother as she grows up. He also wants to make sure that only Dannielynn profits from Anna Nicole's name, likeness and estate."

But even if Larry is found to be Dannielynn's biological father on Tuesday, Court TV correspondent MICHEL BRYANT tells us that could set up another long court battle over custody.

"That won't mean Larry goes from here, gets the baby and goes to L.A.," he tells ET. "It will take a while."

HKS has supporters? Or are these messages posted just to give “balance” and make the discussion more heated?

Now that KE is being looked at and particularly in regard to the ILLEGAL Methadone in the Bahamas and Daniel's death Howard is looking over his shoulder.

His statement that she was off of it for 5 months was a big fat lie.

Bet he's really, really sorry that he ever knocked on Seidlin's door. It's where we found out stuff..."And it's on the record".

I think Wood is being hired as a defense attorney...because O'Quinn is going to file a defamation suit on Virgie's behalf for the "I hate Mommie video" and the cutsie Howard spurted at Anna's funeral.

Moe’s description of ANS the last time he saw her is different than what he described to Perper.

BIG MOE: She was — I saw her moving around a little bit and she seemed tired, she was sleeping.

He told Perper that he thought she was moving, but, couldn’t be certain.
He seemed certain when he spoke to Greta.

He detailed to Greta the CPR tecniques his wife was utilizing-
BIG MOE: Just coincidentally, she’s a nurse and she was there and she started administering CPR and giving rescue breaths ..
Then Moe goes into the ridiculous fantasy story about cell phones bought in Dade, can’t be used to call 911 in Broward.
Then Moe describes his entrance into the room-

BIG MOE: .... I opened up the door and I saw my wife on top of her and I gently moved her out of the way. Pulled the cover back and looked at Anna’s face...

But,...wasn’t his wife just doing mouth to mouth ?? With covers over ANS’s face ?
And Moe “gently moved his wife out of the way “ -in a code, gentle movements are a waste of valuable time. In a life threatening situation you don’t want EMT’s acting according to Miss Manners.

Then Moe says this “ I thought about, was picking her up and putting her on the floor so I could properly do the CPR if I had to.”

If he had to ??? What else would he be doing ?
Was he just going to watch while tired Taz continued her 40 minute over the covers CPR ?

BIG MOE”: ... I pushed off the covers off the bed and I looked at her. And Anna has very voluptuous, beautiful lips, and full lips. And when I saw her, her lips didn’t look right. They looked kind of pale and blue. “

So-Moe again validates that ANS was under covers while Taz was doing CPR .
Moe added more details for LKL-
“ So I slapped her on the face and tried to wake her up. “

But, didn’t Moe just say that his wife was doing CPR ?
He stops the CPR to slap ANS to try and wake her up ??

He again validates that he had to put her on the floor
“ just in case I had to do CPR.”

You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out from Moe’s interviews that Taz was not doing CPR when he first got to the room and that Moe was the first person to begin CPR-40 minutes after he got the call from Taz.

Yeh....Showing videos of Anna whacked out of her head in the time between Danny’s death and her death was really, really good for her image.

I almost forgot about this story of my younger daughter, who is now 31 years old. When I gave birth to her in June, my husband had to return, within two days, to his military assignment in Thialand. I was 700 miles from any family, so there was only my four year old and me who were around her.

Six months later, when he returned to the United States and us, he went to hold her, and she took one look at him and screamed! It was then when we realized that a man had never held her before. He had to take the “getting aquainted” with her gradually, but as I look back, it didn’t take long at all. Babies adjust.

I hope that if Larry is the father, that he stays at the house for a while, and that he takes one of the nannys back with him until Dannielynn adjusts to new caretakers.

You are so right.

I think what they're aiming for is that Virgie is not just the grandparent, but the next of kin. Should Birkhead prove not to be the father and Virgie had not positioned herself for guardianship, the default would be Stern, or so he would hope, at least for the time being.

On that note, let's break it down and see what's happened thus far that brings them to where they are:

Stern has certainly been instrumental in getting the taint on Virgie early on, even if it came from a distraught, doped up daughter in front of a biased ET camera. Emotional sympathizers won't see past the tears of Anna Nicole and convict Virgie right there on the spot. That prejudice was done and did the intended damage. What ET, TMZ and Stern won't show you are the spot on reviews that depict quite a different Anna Nicole Smith that any mother would certainly have something to say about, such as these. And what people haven't seen, they don't make judgments about.

That left Birkhead to deal with. Ignorant to the ways of legal wrangling, it has been said that Birkead was answering calls from Stern much to the chagrin of Opri and a tilted-brow O'Quinn watching by. So much so, it was Opri who made that revelation known to the media. It was O'Quinn who then announced:

GRACE: You know what? Hold on a moment. I want to talk to John O`Quinn. He is representing Anna Nicole Smith`s mother, Virgie Arthur, who has reappeared on the scene wanting guardianship. What exactly does she want, John?

JOHN O`QUINN, ATTORNEY FOR VIRGIE ARTHUR: I want the grandmother to have involvement in raising this child, custody or joint custody, with whoever the father is.

When the relationship between Birkhead and Opri fell apart, and Birkhead went off in search of new counsel, Stern seemed to have set his focus on achieving public pity and that's where it remains right now. Everything his lawyers, family and payrolled mouthpieces can do to portray him as the victim through every victory and defeat, they will. What else have they said that is not going in that direction? They certainly don't speak to the best interests of the child with the legal rights she holds to her kin and paternal biology, that's for sure.

But I think Stern's worst nightmare is going to be in John O'Quinn. Even though TMZ refers to O'Quinn as "the larger-than-life, big-mouthed attorney", (Did John piss in your cornflakes or something Harvey or aren't you in knee-deep enough as it is?) he's been relatively quiet when you consider Krista Barth, Debra Opri, Sanchez, Wecht, etc. But when O'Quinn does say something, it speaks to the investigative nature he's been taking behind the scenes that can only come out later and probably has Stern a "little" concerned, especially when you're talking about homicidal investigations. Best to turn it around and say you've hired your own bully and that's the saga we're being fed now.

Consider interviews like this which are questionably cut short and not by O'Quinn either:

O`QUINN: Because Stern is trying to control all evidence, because he knows he faces prosecution for many crimes.

GRACE: Now, what`s your basis of Stern being prosecuted for "many crimes"?

O`QUINN: Look, Stern refused to give a blood test. What is his motivation? A, does he know he`s not the father and the test will prove he`s not the father and he no longer has custody? Is it b, he doesn`t want his blood tested in any way, shape or form, so that his DNA could be traced about where they were at and when they were at certain places?

By the way, the yacht that they went over -- he used Anna Nicole`s money to buy a yacht. Find out whose name that yacht is in presently. It`s a fascinating answer.

GRACE: I take it the answer is Howard K. Stern?

O`QUINN: The company he owns.

And as you good people here know already, Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. had been reactivated. The yacht has been moved to the Bahamas the day after Anna Nicole's death while Stern supposedly was shivering in bed under the covers according to his sister, Bonnie.

I encourage everyone to read from the reality show review website (listed above). Even copy it before that goes south soon along with the rest of the disappearing acts. Written well before anyone anticipated deaths occurring, the reviews give pertinent insights into the mindsets of these characters, including some interesting observations of Stern and comments made by him regarding the Marshall estate, etc.

Neither did I, I wondered if I missed it somehow, but you read everything thoroughly, so if it was there you would have seen it.

Maybe they are the HKS trolls reported to be surfing the internet.

Just goes to show the Seminoles did NOT want to find anything prosecutable... anyone half awake would have really put Moe and all his public statements under a microscope and questioned him personally about all his conflicting statements — and Taz’s conflicting statements, too.. then throw Brigette into the mix.

Saw th TMZ story re: STern not going to fight Larry B if DNA tests show LB to be Dannielynn's father....but will join with LB to see that Virgie does not get custody of the baby.

Well - that is good news. For Larry.

It could be the total determined effort to make Virgie the truly "bad guy" in all this is moving to its next level - primarily because

a) Stern knows Virgie will not stand for Stern to have any part in custody of that baby

b) Stern knows that Virgie is the one who will likely continue legal action to bring justice for her dead child and grandchild - meaning chances the FL case could be reopened and that the Bahamas case may bring out bad news that he wants refocused onto Virgie and not on him....since it could lead to real trouble for HKS.

c) Stern wants to try to be sure the LB does NOT connect with Virgie re: joint custody for the baby even AS HER GRANDMOTHER!!!!! .....and finally

d) Stern wants Larry to have no part in the wrongful death action / legal investigations / lawsuits that should come Stern's way and/or KE's way after all the facts are out re: both Anna's death and Daniel's death. Therefore, Virgie would be isolated and not being wealthy could find very little resources to do what it will take to get the questions answered that as of today remain unanswered re: both Anna's and Daniel's deaths.

One last thing - and then I am actually going to shut up and finish watching the part of the Sound of Music I didn't see last night.....

I was watching one of the "investigative" programs earlier today where a woman went missing - and they couldn't figure what happened to you. She had been out walking and never came home.

Turned out an investigator just happened to find out the wife of the man living next door to this woman ALSO went missing and they couldn't find her either.

The police investigator said, "When you have one occurrance it's one thing. When you have two occurrances in similar circumstances, you have to think there could be a link between them."

I want to say with all the clarity I can muster:

The only reason I became interested in this Anna Nicole / Daniel Smith death investigation (besides the baby) is because both deaths happened under similar circumstances.

As the police guy says - TWO occurances under similar circumstances INDICATE THERE MAY BE A LINK BETWEEN THE TWO....and that link is Howard K. Stern!

He was THERE at both deaths.

As we know know PRESCRIPTION DRUGS were involved in both deaths.

Both people were found not breathing.

There are more duplications - maybe others can post them (of course we don't know all the facts YET even though Daniel died BEFORE Anna).

When Daniel died - I really didn't take notice. But when Anna Nicole died - it was this "double occurrance" under similar circumstances and with the same person around - that immediately made my amateur investigative antennae go up.

So far nothing has been shown to say there is not a link between their deaths, just the opposite.

And if Daniel could be re-exhumed and checked for Chloral Hydrate in his system - we might have THE LINK exposed.

I wrote a long while back that there are so many similarities that it amounts to "One script". Much easier to remember.

Even "Helped Anna to the bathroom" is a duplicate...and about 2 to 2/2 hours before death.

You are exactly right. It appears obvious the Seminoles wanted to squash the investigation. IMHO, this harmed the Hard Rock Casino more than it helped. I hope it might lead to some changes in the investigation of cases of suspicious death such as the FBI stepping in when a non Seminole is involved.
