I think he knows that he cannot win in a million years and that to fight custody would invite the kind of investigation and scrutiny that he does not want.

I bet he will fight if Virgie is awarded custody. Maybe he thinks this is going to happen for some reason. Virgie seemed happy last week.

Giving this some more thought.

If all parties were going to fight for custody then the Courts probably would have given the Grandmother temp custody.

HKS has thought it over and decided he was destined to lose to either Virgie or Larry in the end and wants to choose the lesser of two evils (still thinks he may have some luck swaying LB to let him be a part of the child’s life and $$$$)...

so... he is willing to give up the fight if the the court gives to baby to LB.

Now the ball will be in Virgie’s court and she will have to show her cards... will she fight LB for custody?

because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

Did't KE tell the the pharmacist of Dr. Kapoor Dannielynn had not bonded to her mother? How do we know the baby has really bonded to anyone? especially if the rumors she was being tranquilized to keep her from crying is true?

I'm MORE inclined to think that the judges have already said that if Larry is the father, this is what will happen.

And the part about Howard still wanting to be a part of Dannie Lynn's life....well that says he WILL contest Larry's FULL RIGHTS and he wants to be "Uncle Howard".

I think that Larry had that book with the thumbprints and wouldn't be surprised if she sent it to Larry....during a lucid moment. And remember, Larry said that he and Anna went shopping for baby stuff and some of it was with the baby when he got to feed her. I don't think Howard knew about those particular baby items. A receipt and a photo is all Larry needed to show the court to get himself heard.

Courts have ruled MANY TIMES for the rights of a grandparent. Larry won't deny Virgie occasional visits and in fact, I'd bet he'd be more than willing to bring her to Virgie's farm...The place where Anna and Danny both lived in their youth.

Virgie's a good woman and being in LE for 28 years is a damn good record...and her other kids seem to have grown up just fine.

Seidlin was very good about searching their history. "Drug Pusher" shouldn't appear on one's resume for paternity.

Yes,she did state that Anna and the baby had not bonded properly. I would imagine the only one that little baby has bonded to is Nanny Gibson. I also remember reading somewhere that HKS was not fond of children.

We've ALL seen kids who favor their mom or their dad and switch back and forth during their youngest years.

And their are plenty of kids who bond with their babysitter because both parents work.

This BONDING is just an IDEA...We all have many loves in our lives...and we constantly bond and unbond.

There are plenty of kids around that don't even LIKE their parents and visa versa.

IIRC, yes, a siezure would do it...not a doctor, but wouldn’t her brain show physical evidence of petit mal or grand mals? (still not convinced here she had epilepsy)

...IMHO, the rx’s found in the room are curious, as is the appearance of injectable narcotics back August 26th; why would Anna need injectible demerol, 2 weeks prior to birth? (just in time for ‘the-clown-video’ apparently)

am anticipating the release of all rx’s written between 8/2 and 2/6; will we be surprised to learn the ‘pill count’ exceeded 5K doses? and the injectibles exceed 1,000mils?nahhhh......
