Thread Number 3
I can’t believe Strummer is dead. Another one that shocks me is Robert Palmer That floored me.
He’s really good! I’ve bought several of his cd’s but I can’t stay off of that particular one to see if the others are as good. That one is spectacular. I think you would classify him as smooth jazz.
See..I wonder if it’s a self fulfilling prophecy or if it’s something else going on. Even with Anna thinking she would die. If you get that belief it just makes you think that each passing day you are just slowly killing yourself to make it come true. (Even though Anna had a bit of help KE and Howie)
BTW ... re: Vickies new attorneys demands for discovery resorted in over 475 boxes containing over 2 million pages of documents. Those documents were pored over like children digging through manure looking to find that pony!
Sounds to me an awful lot like something HKS would be responsible for, isn't his reputation (what there is of it) for being excruciatingly methodical?
Now..... refresh my memory -- what and why did HKS take documents off the Marshall attorney's table that got him in so much trouble with that Texas Judge? Especially if there is so much documentation to prove Marshall was the one up to no good.
Strummer is dead? I didn't even know he was alive until you told me. ;-))
I was floored too when i heard Robert Palmer died. That was so wierd and unexpected. I sometimes get him mixed up with Phil Collins from Genesis (don't know why) but for awhile there i thought it was him that died. And that woulda been even worse.
(It's like getting Bill Paxton mixed up with Bill Pullman. WTH is up with that? But apparently a lot of people get those two mixed up)

Cuz the devil can’t resist mischief...
I think it’s a shame that rap has desensitized most of the younger generation to real music...
I get them mixed up too lol!I loved Bill Pullman in While You Were Sleeping. That’s a movie I can watch every time it’s on.
That mighta had something to do with it to start with. Then of course HKS helped her along. BUT i think once Dannielynn was born she had a change of heart and wanted to live for that child. SPECULATION SPECULATION! OVERRULED!
I love Elton John’s music, but dont’ think much of the man these days... I hate it when talented people go all weird on us fans.... most of the phases you are going through reminds me of the Vietnam era music...
They're coming around. I have kids as you know and they're sick of the Britney crap and RAP already. They like the music my husband and i listen to (except John Denver).
While we were road tripping last year we stopped at a rest stop and these teenagers were looking at the CD rack and they were like "Wow! Van Halen!" Like they'd just discovered how great Van Halen is (was).
Even some Reggae can grow on you. We were in Jamacia one year for Christmas.... I have to tell you listening to Regae Christmas Music started to really get to us after a while...
LOL...yes the two Bills make jokes about it. It’s kind of weird how some things seem to connect us. There’s websites devoted to the fact that people believe that Jack Palance died after City Slickers. People swear up and down they remember him dying!! Then we he died last year or the year before last it became some big conspiracy.
Yes, but he said only when she approved it..
There was a really good Bill PAXTON movie which i think had Steve Buscheme (sp) in it. I think they murdered someone in it. Paxton was good in Apollo 13 too and Twister. hehe. I know, some people think Twister was dumb, but i like it for some odd reason.
I love John Denver! Other than Steve Irwin, he’s the only celebruty I think I’ve ever cried over when they died. They have a lot of similiar qualities too.
I think Elvis sort of gave up when his mother died, he was always haunted by his twin brother dying at birth. He was extraordinarly talented and had a lot of demons... seems a lot of talented people are blessed with demons.
LOL. It is funny. I get Pacino and DeNiro mixed up too. And there are some others. If i think of them i'll tell you. Some of the newer female actresses look like clones of each other.
~LOL~
LOL..oh my gosh I remember CRINGING once I can’t remember but I was in a store and they were play Led Zeppelin Kashmire ands some kids were in their complaining and yapping about how they the bad had “stole” Puff Daddy’s song. My mouth just dropped...LOL.
