BTW ... re: Vickie’s new attorneys demands for discovery resorted in over 475 boxes containing over 2 million pages of documents. Those documents were pored over like children digging through manure looking to find that pony!
Sounds to me an awful lot like something HKS would be responsible for, isn't his reputation (what there is of it) for being excruciatingly methodical?
Now..... refresh my memory -- what and why did HKS take documents off the Marshall attorney's table that got him in so much trouble with that Texas Judge? Especially if there is so much documentation to prove Marshall was the one up to no good.

Appearing on the Howard Stern Show, Smith admitted she was not going to inherit anything when the late J. Howard Marshall died. “I’ve got to fend for myself,” Smith told the talk show host after admitting she had not signed a pre-nuptial agreement.
Smith said she was getting “nothing.” In fact, the alleged promise Smith claims her late husband made to her did not come up until 10 months after his death.
“Are you set for life?” Stern asked.
“I wish I was,” said Smith.
I have no background in law, and I can't vouch for the validity of this article, but I did find it an interesting read.

The reason is that Judge Mike Wood became enraged when Stern confessed to the blatantly unethical, fraudulent and unauthorized use of confidential financial documents which were protected by a known, legally binding confidentiality agreement and which Stern pilfered from the courtroom to use in another case."
