I'm interested in the date of Anna's statement to the police. It sure wasn't at the hospital. "She experienced a MEMORY LOSS of the event according to Howard and he had to tell her again that "Danny's dead". (Sound's like "your mommy's dead"??). They sedated her and whisked her out of the hospital. I'll bet her statement was DAYS after Danny's death and in accordance with Howard's and KE's script. KE stated that she had seen Danny before he left for the Bahamas and mentioned a med he was on and that he had a tummy ache. But Howard never mentioned a tummy ache...just that he was tired and he should have thought more of it....Like duh...It was a tough day for the kid but "tired" does not equate with "death". I believe that at some time, Anna got wise and they started to drug her profusely with intent. The fact that KE was warned about the potential for disaster with the drug combo (more than once), the fact that chloral hydrate is rarely tested for, the fact that they flashed the picture of Kapoor (but with no connection to KE), And according to Perper, THE FACT THAT ANNA WOULD HAVE LIKELY LIVED IF THEY HAD TAKEN HER TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE CONTROLLED HER DRUGS tells me that they didn't inform her of the danger she was in and "I don't want to go to the hospital"...is more likely connected to them telling her she just had the flu....hence, the Tami flu at her bedside. And then there's the big lie...that she hadn't taken methadone in 5 months..and that one was under oath.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven. I hope those jurors are savvy enough to realize that her statement isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Your post is excellent.

And did you notice that right after the "man hug" Howard tried to say something to Larry and Larry just blew him off?

And last night she was being interviewed (somewhere) and they asked her if she'd actually seen Virgie hit Anna and she said "no". She said that there was verbal abuse tho.

I'm not saying the physical abuse didn't happen, but she contradicted herself in a way. She says "yeah physical abuse", then "no i never actually saw it".

Those dark circles may have been makeup - you know, to demonstrate his grief at losing DL. I put nothing past this guy. He may indeed be in withdrawal - I bet the drugs are not as easy to come by now.

HKS will do everything within his power to coerce LB into allowing him to remain in his life and in control of the finances.

I can’t wait until we find out what went on behind closed Bahamian court room doors...

I am sure HKS was very disappointed in the way the courts viewed his “manipulations” that forced them into the role they played in this saga. I have a feeling he got the drift that things were not going to go well for him in the paternity and custody hearings...

Thinking about Howard and his law license. He seems to have duped Anna...advising her while she was in the Bahamas. If he has presented himself in any way as an Attorney, while in the Bahamas, is he misrepresenting himself??

He made note of his attorney-client relationship in Seidlin's Court but the reference goes to the Bahamas....because it was relative to their marriage which occurred in the Bahamas.

You have to google her and flurtz chocolates and there is a website where she gave online interviews.

She admonishes women that they must take lots of bubble baths, wear makeup and dress sexy (she does this everyday to empower herself sexually).

Then the interviewer asks her about her lovelife and Bon Bon stutters that she is not in a relationship but have been in several long term relationships before.

The interviewer tries to pull out more information from this “expert” about her own successes and soon it becomes clear that there isn’t any!
