I don’t think he’s that - I think he’s representing HKS as that. Since HKS has no legal standing, he can’t very well appoint someone else to be that!

Even after I washed all my clothes inside out 3 or 4 times it was still there. I had been and still am going through a lot of stress so now we think it is shingles.
Like you, I have tried hydro-cortisone cream, but found aloe worked better for me. It’s quite inexpensive and most drug stores carry it.
Before I started using aloe I was even scratching them while I slept and I’d wake up with blood all over my sheets. That hasn't happened since I started using Aloe gel.
Just a thought, because I know what you are going through.

I think these findings probably came from resuscitation attempts. Particularly if they were having difficulty getting any one line to run properly, there would have been multiple lines attempted.
Actually a port would have had less bruising or none if it had been in place while ANS was alive. There would have been little liquifaction, or extravisation of blood (as there was with these punctures in the immediate post mortem period) because the circulation/healing mechanisms were competent while she was alive. If the port had not been placed correctly while she was alive, THEN it would have been surrounded by swelling or bruising but then the port would have clotted off or been incompetent and useless.
I don’t believe a port existed at her death. IMO the morons were doing something else with the water they refer to — putting her feet into it, pouring it into her mouth. Remember almost nothing they did seemed to indicate good training or appropriate responses.

I wonder in which of these two areas he is going to represent HKS, or is he going to do both? When there has been a settlement of some of Wood's cases, they are closed and you don't know how financially profitable they were for him and his client. It seems to me, HKS and his lawyers are running a bluff, trying to put fear into anyone who has a negative opinion of HSK and dares to say so. It shouldn't be too difficult to prove that HKS is responsible for the situation he now finds himself in, and I question if Ron Rale does not have a conflict of interest in being ANS attorney and he and HKS being executors of her estate. If I were involved in this situation, I would hire my own PI to look into the affairs of HKS, his sister, Ron Rale, KE, and a heap of other people. HKS and Ron Rale do not have a monopoly on good attorneys and PI's, and I hate for people like them to use these intimidating tactics against people exercising their First Amendment Rights. They are asking for someone to step up and 'fight fire with fire'. I hope someone does, and these jerks are indicted and disbarred.

Thanks! Yes, my hydrocortisone cream has aloe in it and the gel I use when it’s more “on fire” than itchy, is mainly aloe-based.
I don’t use them much, so that when I need them, they really knock out the itch. The problem is, they don’t get rid of the dang rash itself.
I don’t use fabric softener and I only use “clear” detergent because of my bad perfume allergies, so it’s not from clothes, in my case. It’s just on the tops of my hands and fingers and sometimes around the wrist.
It *is* like shingles, but nowhere could I find that shingles localizes like that - and almost nowhere could I find info on hands, specifically, regarding shingles.
Good luck to you - we can keep comparing notes. My problem is that I’m very poor, no money, no doctor anymore, no car, no one to take me anywhere, on and on. Not a new situation anymore, but new to me these past 3 years out of 30 not like this.

Well if HKS really just found her dead and turned her onto her stomach so that no one would see her face, that would account for her being on her tatas.
Also once she was flipped over onto her back and assuming she’d been deceased for a couple of hours by then, by the efforts, and manipulations of the tissues and the extravasation of blood to dependent posterior tissues, all that would shift the coloration so that who knows how she looked by the time Perper saw her. She had been flipped several times like a pancake and multiple CPR efforts tried. That certainly fuzzies up the possibility that he’d find a clear pattern of lividity as if she’d been left as she died for the entire 4 hrs or so until he examined her.

Page 3 of the autopsy says "…during initial examination in the emergency room, there was no rigor and lividity was at a minimum and unfixed. Page 4 said there was an endotracheal tube present at the mouth at the time of the examination.
Brigitte mentioned her jaw had dropped, she tried to push it shut and it wouldn't. Isn't that a sign of rigor mortis? If there was a tube in her mouth when brought to the hospital they wouldn’t have seen rigor of the jaw?
