I disagreed, but let it go. Why didn’t the paramedics or Perper note the lividity, if that’s what it was?
Well if HKS really just found her dead and turned her onto her stomach so that no one would see her face, that would account for her being on her tatas.
Also once she was flipped over onto her back and assuming she’d been deceased for a couple of hours by then, by the efforts, and manipulations of the tissues and the extravasation of blood to dependent posterior tissues, all that would shift the coloration so that who knows how she looked by the time Perper saw her. She had been flipped several times like a pancake and multiple CPR efforts tried. That certainly fuzzies up the possibility that he’d find a clear pattern of lividity as if she’d been left as she died for the entire 4 hrs or so until he examined her.
