Perper was overwhelmed by Eroshevich’s beauty, celebrity, Russian background and intellectual prowess. She conned him, much like she conned Anna, her other *patients* and the union representatives who hired her for employee screening.

Perper was under pressure to find a cause of Anna’s death -he should never have decided the *manner* of death, because he could not know who and under what circumstances the lethal doses were administered, or what level of psychiatric and physical impairment Anna experienced prior to the lethal dose(s).

He should have listed the manner of death as uncertain.

Perper’s decision to call Anna’s death *accidental* certainly would expedite any Life Insurance claims - for speedy payment AND double indemnity.

Wecht did the autopsy on Daniel, and I wonder if he is afraid they might exhume the body and do further checking. Something has sure freaked him out!

Does anyone else remember the big Melt Down Wecht had on the air last spring? (I believe it was on one of the Talking Head Court TV programs.) His Melt Down was really weird and as I recall other commentators (John Gibson for one) mentioned it on other shows.

I read somewhere, that the general public likes little babies, and likes cute 4-7-yo’s, but are not real hot about toddlers...DL is beyond looking cute in a baby stroller (not that we’ve ever ever seen her in one, mind you)

I have read here and on at least two other boards that there is something wrong with DL's legs...that she keeps jerking them or kicking and it appears uncontrollable movement. Also, I've heard in same places that at age 13 months DL is still not walking or talking (that is not even saying DaDa). IMO there is something wrong with her...possibly neurological and the older she gets the harder it will be for LK and HKS to keep it hidden. No doubt these things have something to do with the pharmacy of drugs her mother took throughout her pregnancy.

amazing how HKS goes from Bahamas to Miami to California, then California to New York LKL, then back to California, to fly to Miami to get back to the Bahamas, as a direct route from Bahamas to NYC. He couldn’t find a dogsitter in all of the Bahamas for his LKL appearance? Shane Gibson busy? or what?

I read (can't recall where now) a long time back that Sugar Pie was dead...had been hit by a car. Is this a new Sugar Pie?

I’m still catching up on reading the thread. Your comment about Greta not liking even Amber Fry struck a chord with me. What do we know about Greta factually? She is connected in the top echelons of Scientology. Her husband, I believe, is a lawyer for them. They worked on an important case in the past defending Scientology, was it the one where a girl died in Clearwater? Whatever. We know that this cult is dangerous, stops at nothing to get what they want and have been accused of murder. Though Greta has worked her way up the network news ladder, she is still a Scientologist. So put two and two together. Her flip flops make more sense.

I think Stern’s life choices are going to catch up with him and I don’t see him walking away and turning over another leaf.

I am still not clear about Birkhead living next to Dr. Khris E? Is that Anna’s reality show house he is living in?

This whole story is as good as the old Colombo, Rockford Files ect murder/crime mysteries.

Greta has become one of my *neighbors* - when we agree it’s great - when she’s off base - we argue. I suppose that’s what makes Greta’s show so popular - she has opinions and attitudes and annoyances...she ain’t perfect!

If I remember correctly, KE left Florida the day before AN died, and she also saw Daniel before he left for Florida. She reported that Daniel was taking antidepressants and had an upset stomach. While searching for when KE actually saw Daniel, I found some interesting reading here:

I think she may have some gross motor delays. I’m hoping that she’s getting treatment for it. I know that LB was slammed for the way he would hold her but if she does have delays that would be a good way to do it. He’s providing support but she’s having to engage her muscles too as opposed to just leaning into him. I just hope she’s getting enough outside time and isn’t just holed up in that house. Apart from the detox in LA have we been privy to the type of prenatal care Anna was getting?

I totally agree. Perper needs to be investigated since he did not have enough evidence to label the death an accident. This was important in collecting the insurance if there was insurance. Some policies pay double for accidents.

BREAKING NEWS: “The Insider” has confirmed that the police chief and several investigators from the Bahamian Royal Police Force are currently staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida where ANNA NICOLE SMITH passed away. They have reportedly been there for two days and are working with the Seminole Police Department on the case.

Meanwhile, it has been more than a month since Anna died and officials are still waiting for additional test results to pinpoint the precise cause of death.
DR. KHRIS EROSHEVICH, one of Anna’s closest friends, tells “The Insider” that she has met with DR. JOSHUA PERPER, the Broward County medical examiner assigned to Anna’s case.
“This is a mystery even for Dr. Perper, as it is for me, as a friend and a doctor,” Dr. Eroshevich says. “He’s looking for some truth. I think it’s going to be elusive. I don’t know that there’s a perfect answer.”
Dr. Eroshevich points out that when she spoke to Dr. Perper, “it was clear he was already in the process of making an inquiry with the evidence he had. He wanted to make sure he had all the evidence.”
Anna’s friend goes on to reveal that she was asked by Dr. Perper to bring a number of items with her to the meeting, but was instructed not to talk about what they were.
“He wanted to know what kind of person she was, what her habits were,” says Dr. Eroshevich. “He’s trying to reconstruct her as a person at the time of her death.”
Last Friday, GARY BITNER, spokesman for the Seminole Police Department and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, told “The Insider” that new evidence had come to light.
“This is not delayed evidence, this is just additional evidence that has come to light during the course of the investigation,” he said. “We are finding more information and making that available to everyone involved.”
Dr. Perper tells “The Insider” these new leads could potentially change his conclusion about her cause of death, adding, “This is going to delay [results] for another week or two.”

“The Insider” has also uncovered more details surrounding this tragedy through Anna’s close friend and confidante, KHRISTINE EROSHEVICH, who tells us Anna Nicole had been running a fever in the days before her death, which, at times, ran as high as 105 degrees. She was given anti-viral medication and took an ice bath, which allowed her temperature to drop below 100 degrees.
Feeling better, Anna Nicole flew to Florida, and by Wednesday her fever had broken. That afternoon, she slipped in the tub and hit her head. But Anna Nicole said she was feeling fine, had a meal and went back to bed.
Eroshevich, who had seen Anna Nicole less than 24 hours before her death, says Howard called her Thursday from the hotel room where she had collapsed. “He was hysterical. He could barely speak,” recalls Eroshevich, adding that she could hear all the “chaos” and “commotion” in the background.
Eroshevich also opens up about the fact that Anna Nicole had never gotten over the death of her 20-year-old son, DANIEL.
“He was her everything,” Eroshevich says. “I don’t think she ever recovered from his loss. She was having nightmares. She was crying more and more.”
And Eroshevich emotionally shares with “The Insider” what made Anna Nicole so special to the people in her life.
“She was a very youthful, energetic person,” she says. “She was an artist. She loved to paint. She always tried to make the world more beautiful for herself and her friends.”

Sod,I remember Greta and her annoying voice and face from back in her PBS days, wasn’t it? Anyway, I don’t regard her as an ally on anything. Sure, sometimes we are on the same side of some issue. But anyone who is at the top of Scientology is suspect. Plus she’s a PBS liberal.
