I get the feeling that he’s somewhat scared of Jackie. That sounds silly...but Jackie has been talking and telling stories for years and years and they’ve never done anything to try and shut her up. He’s made snide comments about her not having money before but he’s never laid into her the way he’s gone after Virgie.

I'm still disappointed that Rita didn't document her book thoroughly, and I'm surprised she didn't do it.
Is it surprising that Lin Wood has a new letter of intimidation being sent to the publisher of Rita's book warning them they had better take the book off the market? What in the hell are he and Howard afraid of? If the book is false, he and HKS have certainly had opportunity, provided by the media, to denounce Rita and tell the world the book is false. I can understand wanting to 'clear' your name if you've been harmed, but HKS has not been defamed or hurt. His so-called 'work' for ANS was an effort to line his own pockets. His act last night on Larry King was just that...an act of monumental proportion. It was riddled with lie after lie... even when King reminded him of the lies he had told in the past - his reasons/excuses were just more incredibly unbelievable trash. If he and ANS thought he was the father of DL, why did they try to get Ben Thompson to say he was the father? Why did they try to get away from LB by fleeing to the Bahamas if they believed HKS was the biological father? If they were so committed to one another and so in love, why was ANS sleeping with so many other men during their years of being together? If he was Anna Nicole's attorney, why was Ron Rale listed as her attorney? Why isn't it brought out that a judge in Texas caught HKS behaving unethical in his courtroom and would have had him brought up on charges had he (HKS) been registered in Texas. The media doesn't tell you all the unscrupulous things this man has done. What has he done to prove he is a worthwhile individual?
A man in love with a woman would never have taken the pictures of woman like HKS did! That clown video was not an act! When ANS asked him something about 'what he was doing or why he was doing it', he replied, "For money!" It makes me livid to hear him and Lin Wood try to portray him as an innocent, good man who 'worshiped ANS', and has been badly maligned by people and the media. The media has given him a big pass for the most part!! He has, IMO, suffered nothing compared to the people he has maligned, smeared, harmed, and destroyed their lives because of his pschopathic personality.
I apologize for the rant, but I'm so sick of watching disgusting people being presented as 'upright persons', when I don't think anyone in their right man would believe Lincoln Bain was an honest person!! Those nannies have given contradictory statements, and perhaps someone needs to 'follow the money'! I'm disappointed Rita didn't validate her book better, but I think she just got set-up by some corrupt people. Greta referred to Rita as being a 'touchy' person when she asked Bain if he could have misinterpreted her touching him, and he claimed Rita really came onto to him and attempted to kiss him. I don't believe that for one minute. I imagine most people would prefer he put a sack over his head while having a conversation with him!

No question in my mind that Lincoln is a scam artist and Rita was set up. Lincoln came across as such a sneaky character. Maybe Rita was unable to document it further because of some other ongoing investigation.
Wood's demand that the book be taken out of bookstores is extortion and reveals it contains something that has frightened HK$. Maybe that something will tie him to AN and Daniel's deaths.

Pesky, calm down. The hijinks of the last few days have been strictly for the benefit of 7 people in the Bahamas who will be the jury at Daniel’s inquest in a couple of weeks. No one will take a book off the shelves because of Lin Woods. And discrediting the nannies was the whole purpose of the Lincoln Bains fiasco. The nannies and their salient observations can put Howie on trial for murder. They painted a consistently malevolent picture of Howard Stern. Then there are the doctors’ reports and nursing reports, and so much more we have never been privy to. Howard is probably scared out of his mind. JMO.
I follow your thinking about the methadone withdrawal. What was the real purpose? To be clean for the DNA test? I don’t understand why?
Anna can’t rest in peace until ‘what’ is ‘cleared up’???? he certainly can’t clear up her past history - it’s..well, history! Is he and Lin Wood going to burn the libraries, ala 1984??
Anna can’t rest until “it’s” cleared up that he’s not gay and he’s such a homophobic that he’s telling the world how repulsive to be thought as such is to him? Well how can that be? all of his friends are gay, right? Do homophobes invite gay men to stay for weeks at a time at their home? Do homophobes appoint gaydaddies as ‘godfathers’ to their children? HKS needs to find a way to keep charging the estate for his legal fees and keeping his buddy lawyers in imported cheese. Of course we will find out that he’s being compensated for expenses incurred for this non-issue, from the estate (read: future earnings of DL). And he has to find a way to explain why he can continue to afford his drycleaning on no income except ‘from mommy’
he’s right about the first part of that sentence, tho... Anna “can’t rest”, but not about ‘it’, she can’t rest, until her and her son’s mur..er...death is cleared up and DL is no longer being exploited.

Maybe the focus on sex is to get the jurors’ minds off the other part of Rita’s book. I haven’t read it but I haven’t heard much else about it recently except the sex stuff. And I had watched all of the nannies’ videos which were highly detailed about everything but sex.
Sunday, you've had a much calmer reaction to what I consider the excoriation of Rita the last few days than I have. I like your thoughts about what may be happening, and I hope you're right. I had not even thought about the doctors and nurses...I was focusing on how disgusting I found HKS, LB, Wood, and Lincoln Bain to be.
I hope HKS is afraid, but then I wonder if he is capable of knowing what fear is. Can a person with a psychopathic personality disorder ever acknowledge they are wrong or not the cleverest person on the planet? He impresses me as being a person who thinks he can outsmart anyone, and he's been successful in 'duping' ANS and LB.

Is Mr. Lincoln saying, that he can print anything he likes, on a site that has his copyright on each page, and claim he has no responsibility for accuracy, as long as he can say someone anonymous or an anonymous 'ghostwriter' or 'lawmonger' wrote it? or that it was written in 'humor' 'satire'?? Well, then why the double-standard with Rita, number one...and number two, the point is not whether Rita was trying to compensate the nannies expenses ($500 for a plane ticket and hotel room - which would be acceptable in any court) to testify in the USA, or try to help Mr. Lincoln Bain get his mug on a USA magazine as a man of importance, handler of the nannies...the point is, the nannies DID tell the story about LB/HK back in May, '07, they told it to a exceptionally credible witness, and now are playing games about putting what they already TOLD, down on paper.
And I would think, since Mr. Controversy, Lincoln Bain, was the one who claimed to have 'gone to the end of the world' to find the nannies, he would also want to know, why the nannies are playing games? and why the nannies' attorney instructed Bain to 'tape every word'?
I see no wrongdoing by Rita - I see a lot of wrongdoing by the nannies, their attorney and Mr. Bain himself.

One of Anna’s former nannies has confirmed that Howard did take this sick pic of Anna. She says that At the time of the pic she made mash potatoes with bacon and chives for Anna and went to feed her. Anna was high on Meds at the time. Howard, who never feeds her, insisted that her feed her this time. She gave the food to Howard and left the room. When she returned Howard had taken this picture of Anna and asked her to clean Anna up. In this pic Anna was trying to feed herself. This was just before she went into the hospital to have her baby (her breasts in the pic were swollen with milk).

It appears as though Anna was pretty damn drugged up when they were taken. Our source informs us that in a brief moment of clarity, Anna saw these pictures on her digital camera and was terrified not only at her state of intoxication when the photos were shot, but more concerned with why someone would take pictures of her in this state. Anna allegedly relied on "Big Moe," who was her bodyguard as well as her close friend. I don’t have rita’s book - is there anything in there, other than the gay thing, that we haven’t also found sources/links/cites for? I mean just from some of the comments I’ve seen about the book, it seems she was using the same sources we all were - transcripts, newspaper/magazine articles, interviews, etc. (we meaning FReepers, most other sites just aren’t up to speed in a lot of areas)
what work? carrying her purse? he certainly wasn’t her appellate lawyer, bankruptcy lawyer or SCOTUS lawyer - that work was all contracted out, yes?
Methadone was the primary cause of Daniel's death...it was a huge dose. They wanted no Methadone to be found in her system. It began a scenario in which Howard could blame Anna.
In Seidlin's Court, Howard was explicit that Anna had not had methadone in 5 months...the months between the two deaths. The autopsy results on Anna were not completed yet. Howard and KE thought that they had cleaned out her system with all the puking etc. Too bad they were wrong. God is good!!!
If Anna had been in a better state, she might have been cleaned out but her system had slowed..nothing was working right. They literally tortured her to death with drugs.
Since Danny wasn't rockin' on the stuff when he arrived at the hospital, he must have gotten dosed while he was there...I imagine some stuff was slipped in his food to quiet him and his drink was spiked when he "helped his mother to the bathroom".
Howard was the only one who could have fed Daniel the methadone and any other stuff. Howard made an absurd statement in Seidlin's Court". "Daniel said he was sleepy. I wish that I had thought more of it at the time." Since when does someone being sleepy indicate "impending death"??...especially after being up late and having jet lag.
And then there's the other bit...He didn't shake Daniel to try and wake him or call out his name....which would have been heard by others. Howard went right for his artery...just like on the cop shows.
As far as Howard and his DNA...LE has neither his fingerprints or his DNA (that we know of). Somehow, it has to be connected to "evidence"..on video packages...photos, med bottles, etc.. Too bad they didn't grab Howard's "suitcase" when he walked out of the hospital after Danny's death. God'll get him!! Just be patient.
There's something I'd like to mention again..It was a video of Howard being interviewed on the street. When I saw it, I said oops, they released that accidently.
In it, Howard says...If I had done anything to hurt Daniel in any way, do you think Anna would keep me around?...or something like that. Again, the implication that...if it wasn't me...it had to be Anna who gave Danny the methadone. I wish I knew the date that tape was made...and released. It was "out of place".
The good thing is...someone is talking!! If only Howard knew who!!
