Here’s Fox Report on the nannies’ newest statements re: sex act video. (It’s a renege on what they said in the MrControversy taped interview).

Quethlie Alexis and Nadine Alexie, who worked as nannies for Smith in the Bahamas, never spoke to the author of the book, former MSNBC host Rita Cosby, and never told anyone about any sexual encounter between Smith’s lawyer Howard K. Stern and boyfriend Larry Birkhead, attorney Elizabeth Thompson said.
“They don’t know one way or another if it happened,” Thompson told The Associated Press.

From the beginning of this drama, we fANNAtics FReepers have not been so much interested in the tabloid Anna Nicole Smith. We have sought answers to the following:
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity was and whose welfare is questionable - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy by outliers to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping , drugging , isolation and involuntary restraint of a US citizen.
Chronic medical malpractice and felony negligence.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Blackmail, bribery and extortion.
Money laundering.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother /grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Failure to allow visitation opportunities to the biological maternal grandmother .
The deaths of two US citizens in jurisdictions outside the reach of US law enforcement should concern all of us.

That I can believe. Rita is just too much of a professional to resort to bribery. Makes no sense.
I just watched about 7 tapes and did not see the discussion of Anna watching the sex tape. Thought I was having a senior moment. Then, I read viewers’ posts from the column on the right of the pages - there were clearly conflicts about editing the *nanny tapes*. see one exerpt below:
Guest_243 : Rita Cosby wrote a book claiming that Howard and Larry are lovers!!! Damn! I coulda told her that. In Fact Anna ’s former nannies told that to several media groups months ago. The media was afraid to touch it but I am glad that its out!!!

New developments!
The Insider just gave a little teaser about tomorrow’s show having Bain’s (they didn’t actually say Bain or Mr Controversy) tapes of Rita Cosby.
They had a brief clip of Rita herself, seemingly in The Bahamas, saying something out of context about “I came here no strings attached.” Have no idea what that’s about.
(BTW, what was previously called CBS Paramount Productions, which produces The Insider and ET, is now called CBS Television Distribution, according to the sig logo I saw on the signoff the last few times I caught it.)
Looks like Howie has gotten an ET deal for Bain’s Rita tapes. Talk about a set-up.
