Oh, I don’t think ANS sent this photo or series of photos to Big Moe - I don’t think she ever saw them. I think he told the truth that she gave him the camera as a gift.
He was implying that she *did know* generally what might be on it, as HKS had taken the pix of her in such bad shape, and she wanted Moe to have them for safekeeping to tell the world later what she was having to endure at the hands of HKS - “in case anything happened to her.”
I think it’s more despicable that if they really were taken on Anna’s personal camera, that Howard saw to it that he downloaded the memory stick onto his computer! That’s reprehensible!
Anna had not one iota or millisecond of privacy from that degenerate, not one solitary thing to call her own that was off-limits to the jerk.
There is *no way* that photo “belongs to the Estate” when it was Howie who stole it from Anna to begin with. He acts as if once she died, he just “became” her and everything that was hers is his!
Alexander Denk, another of her bodyguards - he claimed to be Dannielynn’s father, too. I don’t have cable, so I haven’t seen him or heard him talk (he’s Austrian and a personal trainer, so I’m hearing Ahnuld in my mind, lol) - but have only read about him.
Others here probably can describe him, plus his relationship with ANS, better than I could. He was her “chef” on the ANShow.
P.S. I remember HKS going on and on about a missing cell phone that had been on the closet shelf at Horizons when Ford and Gaither went in there the night of Anna Nicole’s death.
Posters were wondering why they kept the cell phone in the closet and I said I bet it was full of photos. Sometimes, especially in a foreign country, the memory sticks are different on different brands of phones and don’t work with some that are higher-priced or lower-priced.
I figured this was one they couldn’t change out the stick on, so they had to keep the whole phone in order to keep the original photos. Only HKS would think of wanting to preserve the “original” on things like that, for legal purposes. He blamed it on FS-GBT but I wonder if it was ever there to begin with - and maybe it was the one Moe had.

His coup d’etat was complete with her captivity in the Bahamas, Daniel’s death and the fake *marriage*. He had almost total *ownership* of ANS.
Why was she programmed to die in February 2007? Something HUGE must have happened to ruin his accomplishment(s). It could only have been the threat of Daniel’s inquest.
Have to wonder if & when Anna had frightening,lucid moments and fully realized how she had been so completely duped & used. If she confided in the uber traitor, KE, her fate was sealed.

We all know why. HKS was stocking up on pics to sell. It takes an evil person to photograph someone who was as sick as ANS was in that photo.
On another thread here somebody claimed Rita lied about Howie, Larry and the video. How that poster could possibly know this was not made clear.

It looks as though the cameras will capture Larry Birkhead changing Pampers after all.
A source says the father of the late Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, who’s been inundated with offers ever since bringing the baby home, has an agreement in principle with one television producer.

It’s very possible that Court TV is afraid of subpoenas for posters’ identities - especially those whose comments are too close for comfort.
I did see on tape when Rita Cosby received the court filings from Stern or Birkhead...she didn't seem concerned in the least. I hope she can produce the video of Stern and Birkhead...that would be the end of their suits, and Mr. Leroy would think twice before intimidating other people!
At O'Quinn's deposition, Howard was trying to get NAMES of people contacted by O'Q...despite O'Quinn's attorney-client privilege. O'Quinn, as gentlemanly as John Wayne..told him "ain't gonna happen".
Howard isn't under oath.....He can lie at will!!
I'd say he's trying to revive the old "prejudice" for the upcoming inquest....
"Look Judge...Look at this book...look what it says about me..It's high on the best seller list...People are reading it...How can people judge me fairly with this all around them".
Think he's going to getinto a little bit of the "physiciatry of people"..maybe even using Anna (or Diana) as an example.
They're reasonably well off and I don't believe they work. Why didn't they go to see their (cough, cough) grandchild?? Or attend Danny's funeral. Or Anna's funeral. Ans.: Howard isolated them because they know TOO MUCH about him.
Bonnie saying that his parents were financing him COULD lead to an investigation. Maybe Howard was buying 18,000 cases of Sex Chocolates under an anonymous name (or Anna's name) and sending Bonnie the money. She puts it in a "special account..sends it back to him to an offshore account.
So Anna wasn’t bombed out when she appeared on TV...with Howard a few feet away. Really Howard...we’re not stupid!
