This coupled with the threats Larry is making is intriguing. I can’t be the only person in this world that when threatened goes the opposite direction I am being pressured to go. I am willing to bet there are a few people Larry’s threats actually caused to get pizzed off when they might have remained quiet until his own big mouth moved them in a direction he is going to live to regret.

From what I see JQ is following the same path he has all along. Anna died from drugs! He even agreed that but.. remember.. he made a remark that it was how she got those drugs in her. So he is going to back up his own words.. HOWARD!

That puts you right back to.. HOWARD handled her drugs! That is not slander. The best defense is truth. Get it?

I didn’t know it was Jan that LB went to LE with HGH...I have always been curious about that particular event...was that Plan B? collect from TrimSpa? HGH isn’t an illegal drug in any sense of the term, and I don’t see why LB would make a ‘big deal’ out of it - why did/does LB have such animosity towards Goen that he would want to ‘bring down his company’ ???? If he was, as he stated originally, ‘only’ going for visitation, why destroy ANS’s career with TrimSpa? and if he was going for ‘full custody and child support’, again, why destroy ANS’s career? What did he imagine ANS would pay child suppport with? That whole syringe/vial thing is fishy to me.

I do have several references that LB ‘visited’ the bahamas home in Jan - did he stealth the syringe/vial then? or did he have it when he went to Opri?

I still can’t figure out why LB waited until Sep 30th to retain Opri....

I should add .. we must remember!!!! This may not even go to trial. WAY WAY to early to be excited. This is a really early stage. LW or JQ could add more people or not use the ones on either of their lists. You could argue circles and for what? We don’t even have a trial in site. I think the proposed date was 2008. Then, add that this could get pushed way back too. Right now there are two motions waiting on ending arguments. Dismissal and Jurisdiction long before any trial. The list does not guarantee JQ will dispose them or vice versa. He WILL want a depo from Stern first no matter what I what I would bank my house on. lol

How did he know what was in it would be my first question. Another thought, it appears to me possibly even LB suspected something. Maybe injecting with something that wasn’t HGH. Maybe a bacteria injection? Or undectable drug? Did LB have a bad trip like Hatten was given at some point? I think LB is very aware of the ‘old shoes’ (hks)tricks. It didn’t take much to know Goen is way too close for comfort. Far more than business! How far and who taught who offshore money laundering accounts would be nice to know. Did Ron Rale and he have a few nice dinners with ‘old shoes’?

Anna and Trimspa were already getting sued by that point IIRC. Bring them down might have just been LB’s blackmail to them is what I think. Mess with me and I will kill you in your own lawsuit because your product was no good, you knew it and I got the needle to prove you and anna both knew it. So it was money to him .. blackmail money.

Her so called career was pretty much in the toilet. She was a has been drug addict. Wasn’t much for him to ruin. But remember, he knew where some money was! He said he had prove hks was putting it all in off shore accounts to his parents. Why would LB care what happened to ans? As long as he got his money I doubt it would bother him if she worked .. or drop dead. I have said all along, it was more an advantage to hks AND larry that anna die.

the ‘critique’ of Rita’s book contains a lot of just plain sarcasm directed at Rita personally (including encouraging pppl to send in a bad review to amazon). Here’s examples:

Obviously people that need to misuse a function a great company like Amazon provides don’t do much reading .. and it shows! Certainly there’s no doubt that the Horizons was better equipped than my local pharmacy.

It’s a hard point to argue considering her past history, but it’s my opinion that by the six weeks starting Nov ‘05, ANS had turned a page, and I’m still holding out my belief that ANS drug use, at least during pregnancy, was over-stated for dramatic effect in the courtroom, (or, in the case of the clown video, staged) and at least some of the drugs on the ‘laundry lists’ were written for (and ingested by) others. I’m also of the persuasion that her drugged appearances after the birth of DL were intentionally staged, again, for dramatic effect and ulterior motives.

Once we have a chance to really get to the red meat of the O’Quinn/Wood matter, I’m sure we will find out if Artie is correct in his claim - From appearances, Art does seem to have the inside track with LB and HK, so I think we at least have to take strong notice of his statement, which could have tremendous implications. Perhaps HK will produce some sort of documentation of ‘drug free baby’ status, to contest the ‘dealer/enabler’ accusation? If HK/ANS did take some sort of documentation step to twart LB’s claim for ‘sole custody’, then surely LB would have been told by ANS during their numerous ‘secret conversations’ during Dec?

SHE didn’t believe she was an addict! There would be no reason for her to tell them she was. Methadone is NOT tested for in the birth of babies in the Bahamas.

LOL, that was my take on the syringe / LB. He is a little plotter. Sometimes if you look at what was going on at the time (timing is everything theory) it gives a clue because anna was alive at the time and the Trimspa lawsuit a threat against her. After putting she was a methadone addict in the CA custody arguments, this would be a double slam to hit her with. I don’t blame him for that, hell, she was playing dirty too. Gotta do what ya gotta do sort of thing.

Detox: because she never detoxed FROM methadone. It was in her system when she died so no guess work there.
What was she taking it for would be the starting point.
Did Kapoor give her methadone for pain for so a herion replacement? IF it was a herion replacement, then a doctor may well precribe it and she would ‘walk out with it’. Lesser of two evils would be important in proper context. If it was for pain, is that really the ethical practice for pregnant women? Kapoor was quite defensive about it being safe for pregnant woman. Perhaps it is not an ethical choice for her circumstances and why he is being investigated along with shipping such large quantities to false names.

Some things we just don’t know. However, we do know that she was taking it and that HKS LIED about that. I don’t believe it was said WHAT anna was being detoxed for in the April hospitalzation. Larry indicated it was several drugs, not any one particular. aka Duffel bag!

How do we know she walked out of the hospital with Methadone? I haven’t seen that anywhere. We know Kapoor was shipping it to her after she left the states but.. we don’t know what they ‘gave’ her in or when leaving the hospital.

well, about that HGH - the needle given to inject it is a rather short one such as a 25G-5/8ths - it’s meant to be injected slightly under the surface of the skin in the abdomen area - like insulin is, and so is rather short and thin since there’s not much stress put on it.

A needle to inject into the glutus maximus (butt) muscle, would be much longer and ‘robust’, so as to penetrate into(much tougher) muscle fibers and not break off.

As for LB having a ‘bad trip’, I tend to agree he was in the drugs at least to some extent, just from the photographs we’ve seen, especially the Kapoor ones. I noticed this past Father’s Day, HK arrives, sure enough, LB’s eyes are red and droopy.

I wish we had hair samples somehow from all of them - might be very telling...

Too bad Perper the great doctor with two degrees didn’t ‘google’ about needles huh? What IS given intramuscular is Dilaudid (like on KE’s faxed laundry list in 2006)! Interesting it wasn’t in her autopsy. But Perper twisted that whole topic in so many ways it is pathetic.
