In advance of Anna and Howard’s arrival in Florida, Moe received several packages in the mail addressed to Howard as he had on other occasions when Anna and Howard were expected. Private investigators hired by an interested party told me that Moe said he received the packages at his house, addressed from the husband of Anna’s friend/psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who was traveling with Anna from the Bahamas. Moe noted that labels on the boxes indicated they came from a pharmacy, and on Monday night, he gave the packages to Howard at the Hard Rock.

Tell me where those drugs are? Everything Perper claimed to have listed from the hotel room had quanitities missing! More than four days worth. So what was in the package and where are they? Who prescribed them? What pharmacy are they from that shipped them?

All her drugs on Perper’s list were RX’d BEFORE Feb 5 except the flu meds and cypo which were scripted AFTER the package arrived.

Daniel’s funeral wasn’t Sept 30th. It was almost 6 weeks before Daniel was buried!
Larry didn’t go to LE and give a statement until January! Same time the syringe business went down.

I think it’s really sh@tty that Anna and Howard were buying diamond rings, boats, that new house and going to the casino and yet they kept saying they didn’t have any money and they weren’t paying some of their help for months and couldn’t afford to bury Daniel for weeks. Irks me to no end that they used poor working people. IMO.

We may not get to any Witness List. There is FIRST the motions for Dismiss and Jurisdiction so I don’t get to excited about a list that is for a trial. It could be a long time before any trial. If HKS is dumb enough to open his life, the estate, financial records, entire history.. bring it on. But I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if he drops this. He really is between a rock and a hard spot!

Stern failed to meet his burden of showing that this Court has personal jurisdiction
Stern failed to refute O’Quinn’s Sworn Affidavit challenging the jurisdictional allegations of
Stern’s Complaint. Thus, the jurisdictional facts in O’Quinn’s Affidavit remain unrebutted and dismissal
of Stern’s Complaint is proper. See, Lane v. Capital Acquisitions and Management Co., 2006 WL
4590705(S.D.Fla.2006).
O’Quinn did not engage in a general course of business activity in Florida, and is
not subject to personal jurisdiction
Stern cannot demonstrate that O’Quinn carried out a business venture in Florida with respect to
his representation of Virgie Arthur in the Broward County hearings. The evidence establishes that
O’Quinn resides and practices law in Texas, does not solicit business in Florida, conducts the bulk of
his business in Texas, neither maintained an office or a license to practice law in Florida, and accepted
representation of Virgie Arthur, a fellow Texan, in Texas. O’Quinn was granted pro hac vice status in
Florida solely for the purpose of the Broward County hearings. This activity is insufficient to support
a finding that O’Quinn engaged in a business in Florida. See, Homeway Furn. Co. Of Mount Air, Inc.

I have a link from way back showing Rte66 did work on this guy. Without looking, I think it was he pretends to be a shrink but really isn’t one. I remember checking it all when I first read it and can tell you I found nothing to dispute it either. This guy is a bit scarry in fact.

As for Byron and others... I have gotten many calls since my book came out and since Larry and Howard have responded to my book... you can imagine who's been coming forward to talk about both men.... some surprising people too....it certainly has not been boring!

I heard Daniel was a really sweet kid. We know he was prescribed one of the anti-depressants that was found in his system when he died.... another one they found tied to Anna, and the key here is the methadone, which Dr. Wecht told me he believes delivered the fatal blow. Where that came from is unclear, because it was a combination of three drugs that killed him. Then there are the questions I raise about was evidence removed, kept from the cops...

We do know that federal authorities are heavily investigating Dr. Khris and Dr. Kapoor (who gave Anna methadone when she was 8 months pregnant!) ... they could possibly be indicted any day now.

Yes the new spin today is that Daniel had a drug problem... Different day.. different spin huh! When you read the book... you'll see a lot of spin exposed!!!
