Thanks for the ping and the info re: the Inquest. But I’ll believe it when it actually happens.
I did hear LB on Greta last night going after Debra Opri. Te night before evidently Opri had been on Greta going after LB.
I bet Debra Opri wishes she had never gotten involved with this “saga”.....

Why did Artie start his sentence with a reference to methadone and Perper? Well, bearing in mind, that Harris apparently has a hotline between LB/HK camps and himself, and wants to maintain that position of ‘insider’.....
he can’t just let that phrase, ‘drug free ‘ stand alone - it’s a 40-point headline for crying out loud - and we haven’t seen LB or HK on the rooftops declaring DL was born drug-free, after all...It’s A Secret! What would Virgie say?? What would America say?
so, he throws a ‘pink elephant’ in, [by referencing Dr. Perper, bile and methadone]. The casual reader sees perper, boring...click, next paragraph; ‘bile’ diverts attention from the rest of the sentence, so when one gets to the ‘drug free baby’ part, it’s just a trailing off whisper in the wind (a Freudian whisper?).
[although, bile, might be proof of a scenario something like this: someone to anna: you can’t go to the hospital - we gave you a methadone pill after your dance lesson! and Opri will get your blood! and you’ll test positive and lose DL! you have to stay here in this room! get in the ice bath quick, oh, and don’t forget your chloral hy..er..children’s tylenol!.... but i digress.....]

However, the Methadone was prescribed 12 days BEFORE Danny's death AND IT WAS IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Rale said "it was a setup".
Really? Then why was it in her system when she died and in the fridge (Illegal in the Bahamas) the day after she died??
Both Howard and Rale lied.
I also believe that Rale lied when he said he talked to Anna in Florida and she sounded just fine except for the flu. I think Rale said he talked to her 3 times...at least two.
I wonder if drugs can be "matched" as coming from the same batch and that's why the NEW batch was ordered shortly before Danny's death. Just a hypothetical. Wonder when Danny's samples will disappear? or be "calculated" by KE as "too deteriorated". WE still don't know if they tested Danny for the chloral hydrate.
Remember, it was the tipoff by Kapoor that led to that...and I believe that Gibson & Kapoor were two of the FIRST people intimidated by Howard with "questionable behavior" photos.

Opri advised LB repeatedly that the costs incurred could exceed 500K, due to the separate jurisdictions. (LB was not in a position to pay so they agreed on a Media Agreement to promote LB story, history, etc.)
LB told Opri that he had a 14-yr RE license and ‘substantial experience’ in real estate contracts/sales
Oct 1, ‘06 - LB and Opri entered into 4-pg Media Agreement retainer - terms were it was an exclusive representation agreement, with 10% of any/all future media contracts to go to Opri as commission
Jan 7, ‘07 - LB makes one $20K payment
Opri found him that million-dollar deal, and on Mar 6th, an advance of approx $862K was rec’d and deposited in a client trust account with LB’s knowledge and consent.
Within one week of Mar 6th, LB demanded all monies in trust account and refused to pay Opri bill.
After this dispute, the legal firm put a lien on the client trust account per the LRA in the billing amount of $620K
On or about Mar 7th, the law firm disbursed $200K to LB, the undisputed amount, and also sent $75K to bahama attorney Knowles. This left an account balance of approx $599K
LB, without Opri knowledge, secured an add’l $1.7M deal and failed to pay Opri her 10% commission due under her exclusive agreement
Opri submitted the matter for arbitration; LB refused to ‘voluntarily submit’ to arbitration.
LB has inked over $5Mil in contracts on his own in violation of his exclusivity agreement. Opri wants her 10%.

the lawsuit then details damages, such as LB faxing confidential billing ‘within hours’ to TMZ, and going on LKL and making accusations against Opri.
to date, the firm has only received $20,000 for legal services. Opri alleges, based on LB’s refusal to pay, that he never intended to pay and never intended to live up to the terms of the Media Agreement which he has violated.

After seeing the way Anna acted while she was pregnant, I can't imagine anyone thinking that Dannielynn was a drug free baby.
IMO.
Play on words are attorney's "tricks". It happens every day. We do know ABSOLUTELY certainly that Howard lied in Seidlin's court about the methadone which was found in Anna's bile.
