I believe LB made a deal with HKS, but I also think they probably know something about each other that they don't want the public to know, so they are buddies protecting each other now.
I hope the courts demand HKS give an accounting of where the money is coming from that allows him to live so lavishly. ! I don't see why he would have any legal claim to The Horizons, and I hope they kick his rear end out of there. I do not believe his parents can support his lifestyle, and we know Larry didn't live so well until after he got Dannielynn. I see no signs of grieving from Birkhead...he looks and acts very happy. He gets uglier with each picture, and looking back, he wasn't even cute when I thought he was halfway decent.
I'll be out of town for a few days, but I'll take my laptop and try to get online;if not, I'll catch up when I get back. Please keep the thread going - we should have a lot to 'talk' about during and after the inquest. Hope Sac's intuition is on the mark!
well......besides those handy off-shore accounts that we heard about, to fall back on, I'd guess, that the 'estate' (DL) is paying HK to be a 'caretaker' of both the Horizons and ANS's (now DL's) doggies....If Mrs. Gibson was making $500/wk for babysitting, then I'd wager that HK is making about 4 times that for taking care of four dogs, letting in the gardener and dusting off the furniture and gravesites occassionally ....One can be almost certain that the 'HK spending Father's Day with DL and LB' was paid for by DL via 'the estate', and justified by HK driving a u-haul, ('handling ANS affairs by moving her stuff to storage')....additionally, since HK is 'special administrator' and 'executor', all his travel and travel-related expenses might also be paid from the 'estate' as long as it can be 'tied' to 'estate business' - including appearances on talk shows and time spent with buddy Rale preping Rale for appearances on behalf of HK.....of course,,,,I COULD be wrong ;) but perhaps an auditor appointed by the court, a disinterested person, would say about the same thing.
It would be very interesting to discover how much of the (at-this-point)$7 Million for "DL" pictures has gone directly into HK's pocket in 'direct compensation' and 'reimbursed expenses'.
(NOTE THAT DANIEL STILL HAS NO HEADSTONE - ONE YEAR AND COUNTING - WHAT DOES THAT SAY TO YOU?)

i saw your mention of this back a few dozen posts - i wasn't ignoring it but I honestly wanted to think about this...i'd be more than happy to post comparisons but, I'm not sure, in the bigger picture, if it's a really good idea to show a royal flush at the middle of the game (pun intended). Timing is everything and it's much more fun to just toss out one card occassionally (grin) and wait patiently just a bit longer.
i'm confident that not only do Cosby and Opri have full arsenels, but O'Quinn as well, and I do so want to sit back and enjoy to the fullest (as I did last night), their upcoming surprises for us, and, finally, justice for Anna and Daniel, with Dannielynn in a much, much safer environment, as far away from enablers, druggies and exploiters as it is possible to be.

A week after daughter Danielynn celebrated her
first birthday, Larry Birkhead is cleansing their
lives of people with bad intentions, including
the late Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie

“Life is too short, this story has taught me,”
Birkhead, 34, told PEOPLE at Sunday’s TV Guide
post-Emmys party in Hollywood. “I have no plans

Proven by a DNA test to be Danielynn’s father,
Birkhead is still reportedly engaged in a custody
dispute with Arthur over Danielynn. .....The former paparazzo has been mulling a reality
TV show. Birkhead says of the prospect: “I have a

You mean that impossible to find perfect hunk of pink granite or whatever it was? I don’t think it matters, just as long as it is indeed “impossible” to find. Daniel never had his own life, then they gave his name away too, why would HKS bother giving him his own headstone.

Remember the ‘threat’ of getting a chid specialist to make sure “WE” do what is best for DL? pfft. The money sidetracked that plan. Howie tried bringing it up again recently. That went over worse than the pink boat! He is so sick, I think he actually thought his DL will need therapy statement would fly! That is why he looks like hell if you ask me.. all his old tried and true mock emotions aren’t working anymore and he is void of any of his own to fall back on! He looks almost as deflated as he made Anna be before he took her life from her. Maybe he can call KE again to fix his own *grief*.

note that, after a Feb 23(?) ‘07 meeting with Shelley, HK, LB, Shelley wanted to make it clear that HKS had ‘agreed’ that there was ‘no break-in’ at the Horizons, lo and behold, on August 27th, ‘07 - HK brought ‘burglary’ charges against Shelley! Happy reading :) p.s., looks like the website ‘rose speaks’ is doing a tear-down on rita’s book - i know where I’ll be the next day or two lol

Killer barks from a free house, he got free room and board for 12 years, Larry runs to Hawaii, they rent / buy cars then peddle her little hiney back out for more and they have the nerve to mention wasting her money? Larry just said on Greta he will fight Opri to his last dime. Considering DL is the bread winner giving him 85% of her dimes, he is willing to spend ALL Dannielynn’s money he can get his hands on! What a joke.
